Restaurant and public space was clean. Food was hot and met expectations. Now the shortcomings, Hot coffee and fresh tea urns were not on the drink bar and maintained as expected at Hardee's. Staff was unorganized and unprofessional at the front of the house. MoD was making comments in public about having g to stay over since relief management called out for the day. MOD was also not ensuring that the staff was working with a sense of urgency. Line through drive circled entire building making entry and exit difficult. SM should be put up for review. SMH.
How hard is it to hang a sign on the windows if it's drive thru only? The answer, not hard. Also, how about telling your stellar staff to stay off their cell phones when there are customers standing in line.
Pretty good food but they didn’t give me any napkins and forgot the sauce for my chicken tenders which was a total buzzkill. Check your bag before you drive off is the best advice I can give you.
Sat in line at drive thru and told they were closed. Came back by and more vehicles in drive thru. 4 pm in the afternoon. What is going on?
Extremely disappointed with this restaurant this morning. Waited in the drive-in line for 30 minutes, I ordered four loaded omelette breakfast sandwiches, the biscuits are not even done they are still doughy, I had a very paper thin layer of egg with some cheese two or three little crumblies of bacon. I took pictures and will be sending to corporate on this this is ridiculous
Waited18 min for my order. When I finally asked was told they were OUT of chicken for sandwiches... Idiots on parade. Worst Hardeys in 8 states Ive used Hardees or Carls Jr....Mgr. just shrugged shoulders with NO apology
Best breakfast around with gravy biscuit a side of sausage sweet tea and start a day in the city
Ordered nbr 6, very tasty burger. If it hadn't had a slimy liquid cheese on it, I would have rated it 5 stars.
Char broiler fubared shortly after I placed my order and had to wait 15 minutes to be informed...the manager and me did agree to swap my burger combo for a chicken.. that's the only reason my rating would be much lower. Thanks to the crew that fed me, the hot chicken was good.
