Vegetarian-UNfriendlyI ordered a salad with no meat or tomatoes. They got the no tomatoes part right, but it came with small chopped pieces of ham and turkey. Too small to pick all of them out. It's really not hard to put leaves in a bowl then.. not add any meat in a MEATLESS salad.?
I ordered a steak and cheese sub with onions and peppers and t there were no onions and maybe 1 little pepper on half the sub. Waste of money and I usually like firehouse !
First of all... it's posted on yhe door as you enter to wear a mask. Which is no big deal. So we already have our mask on and order our 4 subs and 2 drinks which cost $58.00. All the buns on the 4 subs were soaking wet from the wet lettuce being placed on the bottom bun. Couldn't even pick the sub up to get it out of the cardboard container. Then noticed the help were all wearing mask but not were pulled up across their noses. Never going back again. Waste of money...
There no turkey no bacon just ham very little at that . Alot of lettuce, why too much. Not good at all will not go there again.
I called to order 3 subs, because I didn’t know they offered online ordering. I’m not the type of person to complain but the employee that picked up the phone was very rude, she had a Terrible attitude and even cussed over the phone. The subs were alright but expensive for what they were, subway is the better choice.
We had dinner there last night first time going to this location in a long time. Staff was extremely friendly. We pretty much had the place to ourselves so we could safely dine in. I tried one of their new sandwiches. It's called barbecue Cuban and you can get it with spicy pickles or with they're regular chopped pickles. It was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a very long time. I would highly recommend it. The barbecue Cuban is ham shredded pork coleslaw barbecue sauce and chopped pickles. Super delicious.
Everything was great. The people were friendly and fast. The Cuban sandwich was great. Hope they keep it on the menu
Went to Firehouse Subs in Columbia, Tn. today. Ordered a simple ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and mayo for takeout. When I got home with the sandwich it had tomato and onions which i didn't want on it. And, they left off the cheese, lettuce, and mayo. So, basically left off everything i asked for and put on everything i told them i didn't want on it.
Took forever to get our food. They were turning others away saying they weren't taking any new orders for the next 30 minutes.
Food was great and the staff was very friendly.
