We hadn't gone to Dunkin in a while because they had begun eliminating some of our favorite foods. When we went a few dats ago, we didn't even recognize the menu. Humus, really? In TN? Where is the Big & Toasty? The chicken biscuit? The simpler foods. And most of the donuts we wanted weren't available. And there were no labels on the donuts. We want the old Dunkin back. Until then, we won't return.
Slowest place in the morning. Also idk why we cant go inside still. At 7am this morning and their doors are locked but drive thru open? The most backward thing since its open somedays and not others. COVID aint an excuse to avoid serving the customers when we have no mask/businnes closer mandate. Used to be good place. Lately it sucks. Ready to switch to starbucks
I used to come to this Dunkin donuts daily. Some times twice a day. Everything was solid for a few months, no major issues. BUT for the past two months, they have been making my coffee, sandwiches and food wrong. They don't really listen when youre speaking through the drive through. AND I ALWAYS TIP, no matter what. I understand people can have bad days and it's a revolving door employee wise there. But it's no excuse to mess up a coffee EVERY TIME with four ingredients. Ice, creamer, coffee, flavoring.Maybe it's because it's all teenagers in there who don't really care. But I realized the problem was me, for going back again and again. Lol ?.I needed to look inward. Maybe one day I'll try it again. But so far, it's trash.

Came to this location with my mother and son and I must say, we enjoyed everything we got! We tried the chicken biscuits and they were fresh and filling. The donuts were also fresh and the service was friendly and fast! The cashier did a wonderful job with our order and we were eating within minutes of ordering! Store was spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed our breakfast. I recommend this Dunkin donuts if you're in the mood for fresh and fast donuts and coffee. They get a 100 from me for everything I look for in a great fast food restaurant. Nice job!
Gave me only like half my stuff. Either hand back my card first, or last, not somewhere in the middle. pretty basic

I went through the drive in and the dew made the drive through menu unreadable. They got my order wrong. They were training a guy at the window, so it took a little longer than usual. The trainee did well and was courteous. Usual Duncan donuts food and coffee. Nothing spectacular.
