Tonight we decided to grab some ice cream and absolutely horrible service. We waited in line for forty minutes for ice cream. When we finally were able to get to the window they did the tilt for the first blizzard and it literally dropped everywhere all over the cup and on to the counter and still managed to give me it. As I’m literally holding it outside my car I had asked for napkins to wipe it but that wasn’t helping so I asked for another cup just to put the bad one in it and I would just take it because we had waited forever for them. Then they were so distracted they forgot to give us our card back. I don’t know what was the deal tonight maybe understaffed, maybe not organized, maybe new people… but this place needs help bad. Not a good experience at all!
Terrible service and when you order a blizzard it comes out more as a milkshake. The first time it happened I thought maybe there machine was messed up but few months later and it still the same.
Service is subpar, they're the only place that still hasn't opened completely up. Went through the drive thru for couple shakes... they have a total of 6 employees and 4 of them were working that day. My small shake was filled to the top but the large was only 3/4 full and for the price you pay you expect a full cup. I won't ever go back. I bought a Ninja Creami and make my own shakes.
I'm only giving one star,since you have to.Due to the way the drive thru is set up,once you're in, you're stuck.Got all the way to the speaker to order,after being in line for over 20 minutes,there was a sign that stated "Cash Only"! Well, like most people,I think, I don't carry cash! I had to wait until the two cars in front of me got their orders before I could leave.Total waste of time! I can't say anything about the food,because I didn't get any! I will not be back!
Terrible experience. Forced to go through drive thru because dining room is closed. Yet fully staffed and employees standing around while drive through helps ONE car at a time. One car from order to drive away. They tell you to hold and then if you ask after 5-10 waiting to take your order they reply with “I SAID I’d be with you when I can”. I ordered 4 piece chicken strip basket with extra gravy. Got my order and my gravy was literally white water. Not gravy. I had a small handful of 9 French fries. Not one employee smiled or thanked for patience or any form of customer service. Second visit there. I assumed the first visit was an individual. Sadly this is just how this business is run. Absolutely awful. Everyone in that building needs to be fired. Not one person knows how to serve a customer. Waste of money. Waste of time.
Visited this location a little after 8pm last week and had to wait almost 10 minutes as that’s how long it took for them to take the orders of the 2 cars in front of me. Next it was my turn and i waited about 5 minutes at the box before i was told to hold on. I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before i heard something again, one of the workers hit the headset and proceeded to say that she hit the button on accident. During this wait the store signage turned off and back on again leaving the 3 cars behind me very confused. At this point i was 25 minutes in and haven’t even given an order yet so i had to leave. I will never visit this location as this is not the first time that the service has been sub par.
Came through the drive thru few days ago soon as I pulled up a lady came over the speaker "it's gonna be a long wait" keep in mind no cats in front of me or behind me.so I order after 20 mins at the intercom I ordered 2 chicken strips baskets she came to the window and said $41.23 I said for two meals?? She said yea and I am by myself I said for two meals you can keep it she got rude and slammed the window in my face come to find out I saw the prices online she was going to over charge me this is unacceptable behavior from a manager or whoever she was
Ordered a couple of meals on a Saturday, and I was less then impressed. Had to wait on my order, when we did get it my fish sandwich was very hot, the lettuce was very skimpy. The ? were barely Luke warm. My son's burger was okay. But he is a fry fanatic, and he was less than impressed as well. Considering the price of these 2 meals, I was expecting A LOT better!
Very rude & very unprofessional employees who work at this restaurant. Probably about the worst service in Columbia. Very disappointed in this place. I would NOT recommend this place!
Stopped by to get 2 chocolate malts, 2 hamburgers and an order of onion rings. The burgers were lukewarm, the hamburger buns were so dry they crumbled as we tried to eat them. We threw most of the food away but did enjoy the 2 small chocolate malts. I can see why this place gets such lousy reviews. Safe to say we, and probably a lot of other people, won't be coming back.. If the owner is smart they will get new management...
