Just ate here and was not asked if I wanted sauce or anything and when I went back up to get sauce the staff member just looked at me like I was speaking another language. Most chick-fil-as I have been to have always been very friendly and not just look at me when I asked for something.This place is far from any chick-fil-a I have been to!
Who doesn't love Chick-fil-a? My son and I got the chicken strip meals and although they are a bit pricey for fast food it's worth the price because of how great the food is. My son loves Chick-fil-A as do I and we are always satisfied and happy every time we stop in. The staff is fabulouly friendly and the line moves really quickly. I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant!
This Chick Fil A was amazing! I was leaving Columbia to head to another office for work and the drive thru was soooo fast!!!!
Anybody who knows me, knows I love Chick-fil-A . I eat here multiple times a week and always get the same thing. When they got the bbq sandwich I wanted to try it because of the bacon but I take the bbq off because I don’t like it. Every time I order it it’s wrong. Twice they’ve given me two wrong sandwiches back to back. Each time it is rung up right on the receipt but wrong once I get it. I just don’t understand why I have to wait 30 mins for one sandwich. Then they gave me a free sandwich card so I go today to get it and somehow the macaroni I ordered and thought I paid for magically got deleted off of my order so again I had to waste my time and gas and still pay for something that I originally ordered as part of my meal. Very displeased with the service.
Two times in one week these wonderful folks have let my order go out with the wrong person. Whatever genius trains these people needs to seriously rethink how you handle online orders. Twice on one week. Idiots.
Always satisfactory! 5 stars Staff always so friendly and food is always hot and fresh. I’m there frequently and usually never have to wait for long . Would recommend this restaurant specifically to anyone. Great team here who provides excellent customer service!
What a joke. Doordashed and the 2 large fries we ordered were literally all crumbs. There was only 2 actual waffle fries. The crumbs weren't even big enough to dip. Who works there and decides scoop nothing but crumbs into people's orders? And think it's OK to charge people for that trash. I get it's Columbia but come on.
This Chick Fil A has always had a different feeling than the other stores I visit. The staff isn’t as friendly as the other stores practice and instill- very rarely do you get a “My Pleasure”. The food is good, only a few times have they sold us nuggets cooked in oil that tasted burnt. While they did replace the bad nuggets, the nuggets replaced were bad as well. Leaving with my orders through the drive thru, I have been shorted a straw a time or two(which can be very difficult when you have babies in the car and that’s the whole reason you chose drive thru!)..accidents happen but the inconvenience to follow what you thought you were doing in convenience was then lost.I can look past all of this bec cfa is a staple that we plan to continue but WHY is this store refusing to open their play place? I’ve called a few times now to see if it’s open and no one seems to want it open! Sadly we drive 25min in the opposite direction just to give our kids their normal life back! Covid isn’t going anywhere, it’s time we learn how to live with it and give our kids life back!
The manager at this Chick-fil-A is obviously much smarter than the average consumer, as can be gleaned from talking with him on the phone in regards to items that were ordered, but left out of the bag at the drive thru!! GOOD SERVICE IS A THING OF THE PAST!
Half of a large fry I paid for and absolutely none of the sauce I asked for. Sauce is on the receipt too. It's fine I only live 30 minutes away... Please give people what they pay for.
