Hands down the best burger I have ever had. I have traveled a lot and had a lot of burgers but nothing beats the burgers here. Also customer service is great!!!!
Called in an order was told 20 minutesI arrived in 15 minutes my food was already bagged sitting on a rack nothing to keep it warmHad 2 cheese burgers 2 fries and 4 chicken tendersAs seen in pics food was not done was barely warm and the cost was over $20And only about 4 customersWhat the problem?

Excellent customer service. And excellent value. For the same price as any fast food place in Town I can get better quality food AND support a local business. I highly recommend that you check this place out.
Today was the first and last time I eat at bypass deli I ordered the hamburger steak meal now for what went wrong the Texas toast was a slice of bread the hamburger steak was a beef Patty hamburger steak is suppose to served with onions and brown not just a very dry overcooked Patty the fries were cold and have no favor didn't get my salad and that was just my meal I bought for several people and spent 108.00. Dollars bought 4 chicken strip meals again no salads when complained at the counter they said we ordered only the strips and would cost me another 12.00 dollars for sale and the fries pure rip off and the food was was really bad don't waste your time or money
This used to be a great place to eat, but apparently not anymore! The last time I ate there I noticed their awards for "Best burger in Columbia" stopped a couple of years ago, and then I saw why. I ordered the "jumbo" burger, and received what looked to be a McDonald's reject. I went back today to give it another try. The mushrooms we ordered were beyond disgusting. They had been re-fried AT LEAST TWICE! The breading was fused together, and half of the mushrooms had just fallen out. Three orders of mushrooms, and all were like this or worse. Oh and the extra Ranch that we ordered and paid for, we didn't get - not that it would have made a difference. I would honestly be embarrassed and ashamed to serve this to people.
First time visit in the new location. Nice! Had the large cheeseburger, no bun. It had a very good flavor. Did not have the onion rings, but they looked amazing!
The new location is great! More parking and seating space. I have ordered something different each visit and the my food was delicious. Great place to eat. The wait for take out is a short wait. I prefer ordering take out when I arrive vs call in order. Great food, great customer service.
My goodness! Best experience and best food. Everyone is so kind. It wasn’t too busy when we went, as it was 4 on a Wednesday. We ordered the Reuben and asked for their recommendation on side, and she recommended fried pickles. I have been craving a Reuben for about 2 weeks, and this did not disappoint. It was perfect. Not too heavy, just right. Best Reuben I have ever had. And the fried pickles were so good!!!!! The breading is super unique and yummy and the pickles are perfectly crunchy. And the prices are perfect for a budget date night. We will definitely be back!!!!
Great tuna sandwiches and burgers. Definitely check out this hidden gem if you are hungry for good burgers or chicken. Friendly staff as well, and very reasonable prices
