We had 2 orders at the drive through. One order was correct but the other order (with just 3 things on it) was wrong. We realized we were missing a drink so I went inside to get it. The lady at the counter gave me attitude right away and said our order was correct. She finally gave me the drink and when we got in the car to leave we realized that they had shorted us an order of fries. I had to go back in to get those...and got attitude right away again. On an order of 3 items, it took them 3 times to get it right. It's not rocket science, folks. The one part of the item they got right was my burger - which was overcooked so badly that it was as tough as shoe leather. We won't be going back there anytime soon.
Love the 2 for 6 whopper deal but why charge for cheese on a burger???
I just waited in the drive thru for 30 min, there was 5 people in front of me. By the time I left, the had only served 2 people. Worst service of my entire life!!!! Don’t EVER go here, unless you want to wait 1 hour.
Set 20 minutes and drive through. When I got to the window I asked if I can add a plain hamburger on my order the lady rolled her eyes at me and threw a tissy kind of. And then after waiting 15 minutes more we take off down the interstate and my grandchild wakes up and I have no chicken nuggets in my bag didn't get their meal I was on my way to Indiana and I was not turn around I will never go there again
This seems like a new Burger King. Young man at the counter knew the items and cash register. Polite. Order came out correctly. Only not 5 star because it is fast food off the interstate.
I won’t EVER go back to this location. The guy who was working the window “not sure of his name since I didn’t get a receipt” was BEYOND RUDE. After I paid for my order I realized that I didn’t order one value drink. So I asked him if he could ring up a value drink and I would pay cash. He immediately got a tone and said “ I rung you up three and I can’t do add one to orders. I said it’s not a add on. He pulls down his mask and with an ATTITUDE and says I SAID I CAN’T DO ADD ONS. That’s when I said forget it. The only reason why I didn’t go off on him was because I had other people in the vehicle with me. I could understand that if you had a long line but there was only ONE car behind me and I asked for a DRINK. So I pulled over to go in to get a drink and of course the doors were lock. I tried calling the restaurant number to talk to a manager and OF COURSE their phone doesn’t work. This was by far the WORST location BY FAR!!!!
2 Cold ham croissanwich. Fast food. Not great but not expensive.
Dont go after 8pm. Nothing fresh. Chicken fries were rock hard. French fries were cold and grainy. The night crew just don't care.
The $1 bacon cheese burger is a great deal
6:35am, no answer at the drive through and no one to be seen. McDonald's was good.
