I've been a truck driver for 14 years. I only use Loves for everything. They have the best driver rewards program of any truck stops. Only downside is they all seem understaffed at night. Almost impossible to get help at fuel desk at night. I know the cash register is the same at both sides. Why tell me you can't turn on fuel pump fron car side?
If i could post with zero stars I would. Service was terrible. Everybody there was walking around like they had no idea what was going on. We waited behind one person for about 15 minutes (probably because they screwed his order up too). We ordered a gyro and a club wrap with a shake. They tried to give us a coke in place of my shake. Not even knowing I ordered the shake. When we told them what it was supposed to be, they told us the shake machine was down. So after them fooling around for 15 more minutes trying to refund my money for the shake. They come back and give me a sprite in place. We leave. Then realize they didn't even give me the club I ordered they gave me a roast beef sandwich that looked like dog food. Don't recommend this place at all.
Most pitiful service I have ever seen! Did not get any help from anyone! Lady at the drive thru told them in the back they had guest and nobody ever came out. Food setting out by the fryers looked to have been there for hours. If there was a no stars option I would give them that instead of one. After we left the manager came from the back but never offered any explanation. Poor service and cleanliness of the store!
No fish at all and no potato cakes. I'm sure it's not their fault. Everyone is having staffing and supply issues.
Order was completely wrong and there two for six is literally two choices when all others have 4 It’s f’n crazy we will not be back and when a customer asks for red ranch do act stupid or not put it on the sandwich do your jobs
Ordered to go, and should’ve checked. Fries were good but both sandwiches were completely messed up. Paid $20 for a messed up order. I even heard the person at the front yell out the correct thing to make and they still made it wrong. Ticket was correct too.
The food was great, hot and fresh. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Only complaints was that the dining area wasn’t clean, floors, tables and trash cans area dirty.
We stopped here on our way through during recent travel. The cashier went above and beyond. He had our drinks ready to go, but said that one looked a little off and took it before we had the chance to try it. He made sure our drink met their standards without us having potential problems. Great, fast and efficient service. Food was typical for Arby's. Service was excellent!
Excellent service, but they were out of a lot. Food was still fresh and good.
