Edit: How are they going to put out coupons and not make sure they are staffed to handle business. 5 cars drove off in line Friday night in that nightmare layout of a drive thru with cars cutting in line and people cussing each other out. We waited for 25 minutes just to get to the speaker....and then another 15 minutes in line. I'm never going back. This is what happens when they are worried about labor costs and saving on wages in a time when no one wants to work. I seriously won't be back just to get cussed out by the lovely residents of Columbia because I'm in the drive thru line blocking their big trucks from exiting and the lines not moving.Original Review: Started going back to Arbys because they brought back the seasonal pecan chicken salad sandwich and I have gotten it multiple times. I usually get 2 greek gyros for my co-workers as well.Twice in the past week the portion of chicken salad they put on is a joke. A few sopping wet pieces of tiny chicken and they forgot one of my gyros.
The Arby’s in Columbia makes the best Gyros. The service is excellent the cashier was well above average. Thanks for the nice experience in a very clean restaurant.I know good food from my experience living in the Middle East.
Ordered just a mac n cheese because they cook fish in the deep fryer so I can’t eat anything that touches the fryer, ordered a shake, shake machine is broken, took a big bite of my Macaroni n cheese & it was ice cold, the container was hot, so I thought it was warm. The lobby is closed so you can’t go in to make a complaint or return the food or get a refund.

I have never had a problem before. Last night I got horrible food poisoning.
The staff in the drive thru are all quick, kind and courteous. Even though the store has supply issues from time to time, the staff handles that as best they can and always offer an alternative

Fries were greasy and cold and my sandwich looked like it had been sitting for a while and smashed flat......I am sorry this is my first bad experience. No cokes or Dr.Pepper
