We were seated without menus (we were not the only ones), and had to ask the host.Our waiter was good enough, but did a lot of muttering under his breath (one such comment we caught in passing was how it would be easier if the host would give customers menus when seating them. We agree!!)The store was not at all busy, and there were many empty tables. For one of our meals we substituted fries for the mashed potatoes. That plate came out with just the piece of meat, and no fries. Another table, seated AFTER us, got a separate plate of fries before us, and we had to ask if ours were ready, yet. The meat was finished and we were almost ready to leave, before we finally got the fries.The restaurant itself was clean, and the staff were polite if not friendly. Maybe it was just an off day, for everyone.
Love their BBQ ribs and this new tipsy leprechaun is awesome! Two of those an your feeling right.
took my family out for a sunday meal. we ordered our appetizers. and those took 20/25 minutes to come out for boneless wings and nachos. we ordered our meals before our appetizers came out and the meals took 55 minutes. we asked for the manager. she comes to our table and says our ticket was placed 8 minutes ago. when our order was taken 30 minutes ago. manager was slightly rude when asked about food time. in the past 5 times 4 of them has been bad experiences. definitely will drive to spring hill for chili’s next time
We have been to this Applebee’s twice and both times we were lucky enough to get Curtis as our waiter! He provides excellent service and is very friendly and kind! Overall, both the food and service was great both times we visited. Curtis is THE BEST!!
Our server was fantastic. I think the restaurant could be cleaner. Food was very good.
The restaurant was well kept and clean. The service was excellent Wasn't too thrilled with my Fiesta Lime Chicken but my husband's Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp was done just right. Overall, it was a mostly good dining experience.
Even though they were short staffed that wasn't the problem. The food was great and service until the end of the meal. We got our check and we waited over 30 minutes for our server to come back to our table. We were waiting to get change to give her a tip but almost 45 minutes later someone else had to come and get us change.
I have never had a bad meal there (and we go often)...not gourmet, but good. The service we have experienced is impeccable. As good as any Michelin¹ rated restaurant - friendly and attentive. I don't understand the bad reviews.
I ordered for curbside pick up after a 12 hour shift. It was ready for me right on time! I pulled up, checked in, and received my order immediately by a very friendly young man. I ordered the steak with shrimp on top. It was cooked exactly how I ordered it and the broccoli and mashed potatoes were delicious!
I'm going to have to say we won't be ordering from here again. Reading is fundamental, guys.
