Horrible. Pulled into parking lot, was the only customer there. Pull up to drive through waited to be greeted. Then was told to hold. Once ordered the person at the window was on the phone. Want greeted, thank or anything. Food was cold. And I parked right there to eat so it should have been fresh and warm. It tasted like it was sitting out. It was the worst wendys ordered I've ever eaten. Won't go back to that location again.
On April 6, the drive-thru had about 8 cars in line, and the FRONT window says that the dining room is open, but the doors were locked. I knocked on the window like what's going on, and an employee motions for me to go through drive-thru. Another employee was arriving for their shift, and I asked why the doors were locked, and he said with a shortage of staff, the dining room is closed. Why is the sign on the FRONT WINDOW saying dining room open?!As I was leaving, a man with a prosthetic leg was steps from the door, when I stopped to let him know that that the dining room was closed. Simply pathetic.
Sat in drive thru too long person taking order either not listening or don't care. At window mean look like we interrupted her day by coming order. No body even in line at 6pm let go people. Yes got pulled up hope my food is fresh
Whew. Won't be going back to this Wendy's. It was a simple enough order; a four for four with a bacon cheeseburger and a regular bacon cheeseburger. After a *really* long wait (even though I'd ordered online), we ended up with a four for four with a regular junior cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger. Both were so cold we had to put them in the microwave to heat them. The patties were dry, and the french fries were even limper than McDonald's. On the bright side, the lemonade was delicious.
Customer service and tone of voice politeness can always be better in the Memphis area especially among the women as someone who provides great service it baffles me that people here just have extremely poor attitudes however the food was hot and there was not a long line and in the end she offered a free soda and that improved my experience
They saved me today! I was in a hurry and ordered online for pickup in store bc the drive thru line was super long. However, it didn’t say on the app that the dining area was closed. Even though they weren’t doing curbside, after speaking on the phone with a woman employee (I didn’t get her name), Angelo brought out my order speedy quick! So grateful for their customer service during a busy lunch hour for them!!
Almost missed our movie we were in drive through for 42min. I had to go in twice because they forgot items. Staff had a poor attitude
I had forgotten how bad this place was - messed up my burger, old chili meat, cold fries -will say the lemonade was good!. Probably been years since I was last there. Now I remember why! I love Wendy's and this was a splurge - try one of the 2 in Germantown - they can't be worse.
The employees had smoked wayyyyyy too much Marijuana today. They had a 10 minute committee meeting and full debate on whether or not a box that was on a high shelf, and thus unattainable, contained mustard packets. After a heated exchange involving 5 employees, a store manager, and a Regional Manager on the phone via video chat....one brazen employee reached up, grabbed the box, and opened it. Mustard packs. Whoa... Mind blown.
Wendy's has been a favorite for as long as I recall. This one does a good job running their drive through wide open.
