Horrible service, I understand how the app works and the point of it is to help the process every thing faster!? So if the app is not going to that.. what is the point of the app? I understand if I have to wait a minute but if I still have to order my food when I get there and wait in the drive through line for 2 times for almost 1 hour because that is when you decide to make my food., why am I going to waste my time and go on the app?? Never going back!
Went to this Taco Bell location on Monday, Feb. 21st. The young lady employee was working the location by herself!!! Of course, she could only serve through the drive-thru, but she was working it!! She had the sweetest attitude and so professional and organized about doing her job!!!! This young lady is truly a gem!!!!!
Not sure what happened, ordered Chalupas and the shells were stale and hard, not what I am accustomed to. I left a review years ago and it was a 5. Maybe this is a one off.
Friendly fast and great food. Drive through is crowded but that should tell you that everyone loves it.
Takes a million years to place an order and they refuse to let doordash drivers walk in and pickup an order making it back up even further. Don't go here
I always order the eight sided folded over and flat ironed thingy. Tastes good, less messy. Ate the taco but later, got some cheese on the table. Fast service. Smile and good attitude. Only reason for 4 stars, it's fast food.
Worst taco bell I will never go back the young girl doing the drive thru needs manner training she is veryvery rude never asks if you want sauce and when u say 5 packets of sauce she gives u 3 she don't know how to count never again
We went to Taco Bell in Collierville and when we get to the window they told us to leave, they’re not serving anymore/ it’s 11:45 pm.From what I’ve been told this is the owner from the more the Longest Mile:We own a business here in Collierville from the 50’s and this is embarrassing. The service is horrible. I wish the owners of this facility would was experiencing the same thing we are.This establishment is an emergent to the town of Collierville. Quit, shut the doors, pull yourself together, then reopen.
“At 880 W Poplar Ave,Collierville, Tennessee 38017Order #952446Total: $27.00”October 19th 11:31 pmWent to this location couple of days ago wasn’t gonna leave this review but decided i will. when i arrived at the speaker i was asked for my name, i told them “Adam” the girl on the speaker starts laughing and keeps asking for my name, she then says my last name “Rafael” mockingly, and bursts out into laughter right before she turns off her headset. i know i don’t have a white sounding name but i was pretty disgusted with how i was treated, and did not expect that from this location. didn’t even speak to me when i pulled up, ran my card closed the window handed my food and that was it. the food was good and quality, the service was highly disappointing and after being discriminated against i will not be returning again.
