This is consistently the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I have waited in the drive through line for 30+ minutes. At least 10 times now I’ve gotten in line and left after moving up only one space in about 10 minutes. Unfortunately, this is not an exaggeration - I started timing them because I was so bored waiting.

came as soon as they opened one morning about 5ish - my warm greeting was returned with ice cold fraps and a warm smile! i know its early but having a good attitude is always a good look!
Inconsistent hours. Have people waiting in line for 25+ mins onlyto be told they were closed. This isn’t the first incident. If that’s the case then fix the drive through so we’re not waiting more time for the customers to get their drinks before we can leave.
Placed a mobile order for a strawberry lemonade acai refresher, walked in and picked it up. Baristas greeted me and thanked me. Great experience!
I guess the staff is nice enough but be prepared to wait forever on mobile orders. It's often common for them to be out of things like straws.

They must be massively understaffed. I have been trapped in the barely moving drive-through line for over 20 minutes. I cannot escape because of the landscaping, or I would have left the line. This is torture.

I made a mobile order super early to ensure my order would be ready when I got to the Starbucks. I placed the order at 7:35, and the estimated pick up was at 7:47. I did not even get to the Starbucks until 8:00 and they still don’t have it ready for me. Don’t go here if you’re not willing to wait no matter what.
