Manager is very rude and hates doing her job. I feel bad for her.
The girls working there today completely humiliated my sister on her birthday. They couldn't figure out the birthday rewards and told her they credited her account...they didn't!

Called ahead to order a traveler for the next morning but they had no record of it when I arrived and had to wait for them to brew it.

couldn't get wifi to work. I registered, but then it just spun and spun. We tried for 1/2 hr then went to Arbys which was even worse. Their router actually goes invisible after you connect.
I have never had a complaint about a Starbucks
After watching the barista mess up the persons drink ahead of me I though "oh well, everyone has bad days". After waiting several minutes with my antsy 5 year old, her coffee pot began to overflow. She didn't take my order, she just said "I'm shutting down. I'm closed" and waved her hand in a dismissive gesture.
