I come to this location quite often but today was my last straw , I pull in to see the location is packed so I took the initiative to do them a favor and just place an online order on the app and just wait .I want roughly 15 mins and when I got my food it was ice coldI pressed the button to let them know nicely that food is cold and could they replace it ?The young lady over the intercom had a nasty attitude and stated next time I don’t need to place an order ahead .So unprofessional ! That isn’t a excuse to why my food is so cold
I’ve had a couple of bad experiences at this location and figured it was time to share. My first bad experience was ordering a drink and it took 30 mins to come out. I started to realize others around me getting their orders and I hadn’t received my drink. I then called inside and they informed me that they didn’t know where the hopper went. Today, I arrived and pressed the call button. It informed me that the Hutton was activated and they would be with me shortly. Well, others who pulled up after me started placing their orders. I pressed the button a few more times and someone finally answered.
The food was mouth-watering good, from the burgers to the Sonic blasts. The service was amazing; fast and efficient.
Got a grilled cheese and it wasn't cut for kids, also got a rt 44 unsweetened tea with strawberries and barely any strawberries, also wife got some stringy thing stuck in her mouth from the drink.
Was going to eat at this location for lunch as I was working in the area. While eating the burger, I tasted something foul. Upon further inspection, this is what I found.I could not believe, both me and my colleague had been prepared the literal grill scum! When asking to speak to the manager, I was informed that she had left to go to the store however, I was introduced to the extremely combative young man who prepared this order. This employee began to yell, curse and attempt to display an intimidating physical demeanor. This has definitely left more than a bad taste in my mouth as I can never trust attempting to eat here again.
We love taking the kids here when we surprise them with ice cream night. We just get in the car, my wife order from the app, and once we're there we just have to let them know what stall number we're parked in. The little things that kids enjoy. This has become a nice little family time trip, which makes Sonic one of my favorite places and I know my kids will have great memories from this place when they're older.
Good drive in food joint with a wide variety of snacks and drinks!
Sonic has changed a lot and not for the better food use to be made to order not any more our food was cold I believe that was the last visit for awhile
The breakfast isn't too bad considering it is fast food. The breakfast menu is limited. The staff is courteous and quick. Not too bad.
Breakfast burrito was good, just wish they would have mixed the contents up a bit and not just plopped on the tortilla in one spot for each item in the burrito. Everything was hot and very fresh. Coffee was great!
