Normally pretty good. But got there at 7:05 ordered didn't get my food for 30 minutes car hop tells me they "got a late start" TELL PEOPLE THAT WHEN YOU TAKE THEIR ORDER. TELL THEM IT'S GOING TO BE A 30 MINUTE WAIT FOR A BURRITO absolutely rediculous because yall can't show up to work on time you make other people late to their job. And it all could be avoided if you would tell people when you TAKE THEIR ORDER not 30 minutes later.

Your team was ON POINT this morning! 2-16-22EVERYTHING was fresh, hot and prepared very well! Breakfast burritos ? were full and hot, the cin/apple thingies (?) Were fresh ? and warm. It was definitely your best performance in the 10 years of visits!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got home and my husband and son got food. I order a small coney with tots and root beer. And all he got was there order and I didn't. And the young lady called the order out when she got to the car. And what's bad is I am a diabetic with low sugar and not I have to wait more time and hope it don't drop.
I ordered 4 burgers, 2 drinks, and a shake.The shake was wrong, but whatever. I asked them to fix the two burgers that had unwanted mustard and they took it back to the kitchen and added the missing lettuce. They bring it back with the same mustard on it and tell me there isn't any in them. I go home and bite into the burger and found out that was not true. Don't gaslight your costumers. Ordered online so the instructions are literally written out.
Pulled in and pushed the button for assistance. Waited 5 minutes with no response. Pushed it again. No response. We left.
