Visited this location during a soccer tournament. It wasn't too busy and the service was good. Their bottomless options are great. I had the Royal Red Robin burger and it was cooked perfectly as was the egg that topped it. My son got the mac and cheese and he liked it and since it was bottomless, he got 2 extra bowls after finishing his first. Good place to get a burger or the like and would visit again.
My husband and I dined at this Red Robin on Saturday evening. Everything and I do mean everything was absolutely wonderful. From the hostess and her friendliness to our outstanding server (happy 21st bday) who was knowledgeable and super sweet to the people who brought out our food & drinks which was exactly how we ordered it. Our food was hot and delicious! Way to go Collierville Red Robin. Yummmmmm?
Disappointing.Slow service.Bad quality control on food.Avo-cobb salad is one of my favorite salads at Red Robin.I found the center chunks of iceberg lettuce in my salad, it was annoying to fish them out. (last picture)I'm not sure how the lettuce is washed properly when it doesn't seem like it was broken down.I ate it because everything else was fine and I was hungry.The waiter seemed to ignore me throughout the rest of my meal, I wanted dessert but waited about 10 minutes after finishing my salad to see if he would ask if I needed something else.Finally gave up and paid on the tablet before leaving.Talked to the manager about the salad and service (I didn't want my meal comped, simply wanted them to know there's a quality issue) but he seemed uninterested.Save yourself the disappointment.No toilet paper in the restroom, btw
We had a great experience here tonight! Madison took excellent care of our family. We really enjoyed the food and service. Everyone that came to our table were so nice to our two boys. Small children can be a handful but everyone here tonight helped so much! They truly made it a nice dining experience.
Nope.The chain is exactly like the others but unfortunately our service was poor and food low in quality.They forgot about my husband's drink. When we finally got it, it was not done the way he asked it.They forgot to refill our drinks.The burger was rare at best.My kids chicken tasted like freezer burn.It was not an ideal experience and we were disappointed.

Waitress was prompt and so friendly. We were there right at 11am and they were still very nice even tho we bombarded them right at opening.

Super surprised by this place! I visited another probably 15 years ago, it was fine but I haven't been back since. Love the new menu and updated inside. Very, very kid friendly with reasonable menu prices and a bottomless macaroni option. Their sides are all bottomless now and I think this is a great idea. Their salad was fresh, some of the best homemade honey mustard I've ever had. Clean place, friendly service. Definitely will be back.
I always place a curbside order, always ready on time and super delicious consistently. Will be back. I love the crispy chicken sandwich here and the garlic fries.
