They may be out of some ingredients, but I say this based off of two visits. Certain times of the week or day may be better for guaranteeing ingredients. I was a bit let down by the way the ingredients were put together. I requested that the toppings be spread out evenly to improve the experience but it seemed there was such a rush to complete the pizza and throw it into the oven that it affected the ability to spread the ingredients evenly. There was not hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers I tried and there was no soap in the bathroom which makes me wonder how employees are washing their hands. I could have missed something there though. I also tried to order wine but no one was able to check me out for any.Overall average fast food and chain experience. Good pizza.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I placed a curbside order and the restaurant had me waiting for my order past and way beyond my pickup time. I spoke with two associates who assured me that my order would be “right out” and I waited in good faith that it was coming. The order never came out. Had to go and retrieve the order, which was just sitting there. The restaurant left me and my order hanging there in a now, after my long wait, closed restaurant. Received an excuse of them having parties. Yeah, understood, but don’t tell your customer multiple times that their order is coming and you have no intention on bringing it out. Poor customer service all around. Don’t all customers deserve a certain level of service and respect when spending their money? This was a beyond horrible experience.
Food was same as any others I've been to. Not so much of the dining room. I left a couple hours after lunch with at least 4-5 staff that I could see and at least 8 tables with trash on them. Several staff on their phones with no one even looking around to see what a mess their dining room was. It always makes me wonder where the management is!!??
Seems like they hired some really nice new people. Great experience and great pizza. Extra thanks to the younger man (didn't catch his name, but he had short hair and a baseball hat on) working the pizza assembly line on 2/08/22 in the evening. Super nice!
Very bad service. Unclean people who messed up the pizzas I ordered. When I ordered 2 pizzas for takeout, the server just gave one and told he would get me another only to find out he was flirting with other high school girls. The vending machine needs to be cleaned.This was very unprofessional. This place was good once but not anymore.
Worst service, lots of other good choices in town. We’ve been here multiple times in the past, but the service has really gone downhill fast
Always a great lunch here. Pizzas are awesome and ready quick. Get there a little early for lunch, they fill up fast.
I went to get a pizza today. While waiting the young lady was scrapping the flour on both side of the board and layer it on top of the trash can. When I explained not to fix mine on it I was looked at as if I was crazy. I left the store and called the manager. The manager sounded as if she was a young girl and not concerned at all. I wonder how many times that borax touched the trash
We have ordered the savory bites and waited for like 40 minutes. Finally they brought the pizza by tearing it into parts and said they are savory bites. All we wanted to enjoy the food so we have it a try and couldn’t chew it . It just a dough which is uncooked and we asked them to check, and the manager( Racheal who is so proudly said that she don’t care) is so rude towards us saying that they she don’t care. So all we had to do is trying to call the corpaorted as manager suggested with rude voice. And the corporate number is not working. First time I have seen that the pyros don’t have a working Corporate number. So if you want to visit pyros better prepared for all these. I suggest don’t go with family atleast otherwise you will be disappointed for sure
I usually never leave a review but the service today was horrible. We waited over an hour and the pizza we received was COLD. On top of the pizza being cold, the workers were very rude and very unsanitary. One lady scratched her head with her gloves on and continued to fix people pizza without washing her hands or changing her gloves! There was another young lady being rude with a customer when she said her order was wrong. I understand we are living in a different time and we exercise patience everywhere we go. However, you would think that if you wait over an hour for your food it would be fresh when you receive it. There is no excuse for this type of behavior. Hopefully this will change for future customers.
