The chicken taste great however it's a little greasy but it is good the store always has some kind of issue they was only taking cash the system was down it appears that it's always something wrong sometimes they have no chicken at all, now I really don't get that one how do we place that does only chicken runs out of chicken it takes a long time to go through the drive-thru but it's okay sometimes

Tell me why they have reduced the size of the small sides to 3 tablespoons. I ordered macaroni and cheese for my side and the little container was half full and then there were gaps on the side because the amount was so small, but the shrimp and chicken tenders were good.
First off I parked to walk in since I see kids running in the restaurant but the lobby closed. I Go back get in the car waiting in line for about 20 minutes. Finally get to the speaker to order and I hear I'm ready when you are. I place to separate orders. After she gives me total then she tells me please have correct change, I'm like omg way you should start with that. I driver around anyway and I ask can you take a twenty for one of the orders and I can pay with my card for the second order. Omg the little girl gets so smart with me. I ask do I need to leave, her response is you want the chicken not me. OMG. These restaurants employees are so pitiful and they have the nerve to think the deserve more money.I wish I could give a negative start!!!! Will not return never!!! And think this the Collierville location, SMH.
Waited in a long line thinking surely the food would be hot and fresh. Wow was I wrong. Wish I had checked it before I left. Think they refried the chicken. I will start cooking at home. What a disappointment. I really don't know why I'm surprised same results different day. # ughhhhh
The food was good, I only dislike the long lines in drive thru but with the pandemic, I'm just glad they are still open and doing there BEST!! GREAT JOB POPEYES ... COLLIERVILLE LOCATION!!
If you can give 1/2 star this would be it. Long long long wait times. Staff who don’t care. Don’t waste your time.
I'm baffled at how to this location could possibly make ANY money. I've been there 3 times in the last 5 days. Twice, the system was down. The one time the system was working, they had no chicken. It's literally a chicken restaurant. They don't sell burgers, tacos, or anything else, JUST CHICKEN. Chick-fil-A across the street has a line around the building EVERY day. This should concern this owner because, if I were paying the high cost of renting that location, I would want some return on my investment. This is impossible if I'm either always out of chicken my equipment never works. This is directly reflective of the business owner whose responsibility is keeping their business operating. It's a shame because they're in a prime location. It just seems they're either unwilling or unable to provide the service a restaurant requires
Drive-through opening comment, sir we only have mile chicken. My response OK to regular chicken sandwiches. Drive-through response sir did you not hear me we only have mild chicken, oh OK you said chicken sandwich OK. My response if this is inconvenient for you I can go across the street to Chick-fil-A. Drive-through response then go on across the street. Horrible, spit in your food type of franchise. Where is zero star. oh, and we were the only car in the parking lot. Not busy. At 7:20 PM.
They consistently run out of chicken and they are as slow as a 90 year old walking down the street. I think I had a birthday about 5 times before I recieved my order.
