I and my family have been in Collierville and ordered from this Pizza Hut for over 30 years. Everyone has been great. Except I ordered on the phone with the owner. I arrived and the girl behind the counter had an attitude. Then told owner I was the problem. But would not explain. Not going backSince Owner said not to come back. Wow 30 years of patronage and wouldn't even explain. Also didn't know that Pizza Hut allowed employees to talk on personal phone calls why boxing pizza and waiting on customers. Perhaps the owner/Manager needs to pay more attention to employees than accusing his customers. Did I say the Order was not correct and late. Sounds like normal from looking at reviews
We called to place a to go order. As soon as I gave my name, the girl hung up on us. I called back and said “hey I think we got disconnected when I was placing my order.” She set the phone down without a word and waited for me to hang up minutes later. This place just needs to be closed if they aren’t going to actually do anything.
The food was not appetizing. I had a Super Supreme and Hawaiian pizza. The Hawaiian was thrown away due to no flavor and very few toppings (1 piece eaten). The Supreme was not much better...2 pieces eaten. I had not ordered from Pizza Hut in years and was very disappointed! Wasted my money!
we ask for some of the little packets of red pepper that normally comes with the pizza and was told it cost extra. Its never cost extra before...One would think when you spend $80 plus $12 tip those would be included.
Food arrived on time and it was still hot and exactly what we ordered. MMMMMM
My husband called in our order for a pan pizza and was told by Jeremy they only had 1 pan pizza crust left but he was making sure we would get it. We brought it home and it was definitely NOT a pan crust. This has happened before also without telling us so we make sure it is a definitely a PAN crust. I called and Jeremy insisted it was. He was not even apologetic and declined to give us a credit. We WERE weekly customers but we WILL NOT be anymore! Customer service goes a long way. Jeremy and this Collierville location has lost my customer loyalty. There are many other pizza places to choose from in the future.
Pizza, breadsticks, and cheesesticks were all good. Nothing to write home about but good for a Friday night.
The delivery driver was so very polite and kind! I will definitely order again.

I was not notified about an order change. They do this all the time. I order, they may not have an item, but do not bother to contact me about it. I dont find out until they are at the door. thats gotta change
