I ordered dinner to go and was not impressed. The bar looks cool but they only had two people working. I get it, things are not so great out there and help is hard to find. The service could've been a little better. The staff did not seem to care. Management needs to address this problem. Not coming back. Best of luck.
Wonderful lunch with our son for his 30th Birthday (although they didn't acknowledge his "birthday" even though it was mentioned 4 times!!!!). Disappointing enough to remove 1 star.
Food was cold. Table was sticky. It took four people to figure out how to make one of their signature drinks that was not good at all.Even though I am a dog lover, I didn't feel like a restaurant is a place to bring your dog in to eat.Another customer had dog in seat at the table.The service was good, but the place was empty on a Saturday at 7pm with young hired help. Unfortunately, will not be returning. This restaurant does not compare to Poplar location.
Ordered lunch via online for a meeting. This was my first time eating and ordering from them. Everything was delicious. My order was ready on time and correct. The coconut cake was fantastic. Will order from them again for my next meeting. Great variety on the menu.
I’ve heard great things about Pimentos & it definitely lives up to the hype. Incredible atmosphere, nice vibes & the service is absolutely amazing. My server Esme was the nicest I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. She made sure everything was taken care of. Refills, napkins, the orders, a great attitude, not to mention a beauty with a gorgeous smile. Will recommend to friends & family & for sure looking forward to coming back. Thanks for treating us with the utmost respect & kindness again Esme. Wonderful experience ❤️
First time here and great experience. It was bingo night. Theme was country songs. Yeehaw. it was a fun relaxing atmosphere. Friendly staff. Ordered a loaded fry bacon cheeseburger, fried pickles , pimento Philly. All delicious. I had a Bloody Mary with a recommended BBQ whiskey. 10/10. Ended the night with red velvet and strawberry cake. Ask for taylor!! She’ll take good care of you!! Can’t wait to go back!
This was my first time trying Pimentos. And I’ll most definitely be returning. The food was exceptional.I want to give a special shout out to my server Esme. She was very attentive to our needs and had a positive attitude. Also, she made sure our food got out as fast as possible. She continuously checked on our table. She was super helpful. In my personal opinion, she definitely deserves a raise for the wonderful job she did.
The 901 Cheesesteak and the Cowboy Burger are both good, especially the cheesesteak!
Would give 10 stars if I could. After visiting both pimento locations I can tell u I will be back to Collierville! The steak sandwich was delicious and I had a local draft beer that was cold and crisp. My servers Katie and Madison were very fast and attentive and the taller gentleman with brown hair that I assume is the manager was nice and checked on me multiple times. The music was nice and it wasn’t too bright in the restaurant, great vibes!! Will be back!
The worst experience ever at a Pimentos location. The order was wrong, yet the waitress gave attitude when we asked to have it fixed. When the meal came back out, the person barely got to the table when she “slid” the plate down and walked away. The burger was burnt and hard. The grilled veggies were microwaved. Good service is why people tip. Granted, some tip better than others, but last nights service and meal was terrible.
