Order some breakfast to go from the Collierville Perkins location. Adam was so friendly on the phone & once I got there!! His kindness started my day so right! It showed me that great people & customer service is still well & alive.❤️
After eating there and leaving I immediately had to use the restroom. The food was mediocre and around room temperature. I probably should have chose a different menu item as the skillet it came out in was rusty on the inside where food was sitting. Would go back but would order something different that did not come out in cast iron. And the bench seats were full of trash in the cracks you could see all kinds of junk in there.
I've been driving past this place wondering why it's always has a full parking lot. I stopped in for breakfast. The menu reminded me of an IHOP or shoney's. Lots of breakfast classics for every appetite and a decent set of lunch choices. We were seated at a table that had just been cleared but not wiped off. A little sticky, but it got wiped off pretty quick. Food came out fast and was good. Service was good. Would come back here.
I came to use a birthday coupon. The woman working the register was so nice. She greeted everyone that walked in and was getting customers taken care of quickly. It's little things that employees do that can make an experience even better and she did that. I would definitely come back to this location.
Awesome food for a reasonable price & a great staff
Always a great breakfast and friendly staff. Love this place wish there were Perkins in my area.
While the food was okay and the waitress very new but trying, we waited first for water and coffee. We put in our order then. We waited so long for our salads, we had almost forgotten to expect them. After that, we must have waited another 45 minutes for our dinners to arrive (meanwhile having to flag down our waitress for beverage refills). Had we at least had updates or any heads up info, it would have been an appreciated courtesy. While we DO understand the shortage of help right now, our interaction with the manager as we paid our bill left us with a VERY sour Perkins experience.
Let me state that we arrived right as they opened at around 7am . The server was excellent (Beverly) and tipped accordingly. The food was brought out in a timely manner the pancakes were very good and hot. Unfortunately the omelet was lukewarm, the eggs the gravy was cold the biscuits tasted like they were some kind of factory made biscuit. This is nowhere near how Perkins used to be. The coffee cup was dirty, the floor underneath the table was dirty the vinyl on the booth seats was cracked and dirty. when I glanced into the kitchen on my way to the restroom the floors were dirty there was food and debris laying on the floor the bathrooms were dirty the food was nowhere near the quality of the $35 that we spent . Completely a dismal food experience, I don't know how Perkins plans to contend with the other breakfast shops when their own place is so incredibly badly done, it was a total disappointment do not waste your money going there. For a company that struggling financially there doing nothing to help themselves by not strictly making sure a quality food and restaurant experience it happening for their customers.
There was a young blonde lady setting people and running the register. It seemed she and the manager could not agree on what her responsibilities where! Very unprofessional. The restaurant had a waiting list that you had to sign in on.....except they didn't tell anyone that! I understand restaurants are under staffed but this was very unprofessional.
I love the menu although the mini pot pie wasn't quite what I was hoping for. The facility could use a deep cleaning of fleas and the policy were all waitresses have to wear masks? while working their shift.
