Ordered delivery a couple nights ago and the pizza was extremely sub par. I paid $32 (including tax and tip) for 1 large pepperoni and 1 cheesy bread. Already a terrible deal, but then it came dried out like a crouton. I don't want your spit on free pizza guarantee an hour later. I just want a good pizza the first time.
very rude and even with no city or state mask mandate they make u put o a mask to enter even with plexiglass up all around counter!
went in to pick up my order and even though there is no mask mandate in place for the city i was asked to put on a mask even with a 8ft high plexiglass installed all around the counter! no thanks Karen, i canceled my order and wont be back.
Absolutely worst customer service experience ever. Employess yelled at us to put mask on. Put mask on then employees yelled saying they were cancelling our online order because our mask was only over our mouth. We then put mask over nose and mouth and they said they didn't care they cancelled order anyway. This is the absolute worse customer service ever. Myself and my family will never go to another Papa John's location ever all because of this one experience. Looking at these comments this is an ongoing issue that needs addressed.
My wife went in today and was yelled at by a very rude man. He wouldn’t sell her the pizzas because he said her mask wasn’t on properly. Worst experience I have ever had

Employee at the Collierville location has absolute zero customer service skills. Went in to pick up pizza the employee yelled saying Mask had to be wore inside. Put mask on then employee yelled saying that it was only covering my mouth and that he was canceling my order even though I put a mask on like requested. I will never ever patronize a Papa John's Pizza Resturant again. All because of this one locations treatment of people.
I would give ZERO stars if possible. I just walked in to pick up my pizza. The child working had it in her hand shouting at me to put a mask on. There are NO MASK MANDATES in our area at this time. They continued to harass me about the mask. Then told me they voided my order and I would not be allowed to have it. As she held my pizza in her hand. The children working here need guidance from adults on proper customer service. I will never be back!!!
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. These CLOWNS have their own made up mask mandate. Will be supporting other businesses not afraid to breathe fresh air. GET A GRIP papa Johns
