I must start with the customer service being horrible. From there, I’m going to address what happened to me yesterday.I ordered my food off Uber Eats, I left special notes for my vegetable lomein to only have eggs and I requested jalapeños to be in it. Fast forward I called maybe 5 minutes after placing my order to make sure the special notes would be followed the woman said yes they would be followed. She even went so far as to tell me what my special notes were.I get my food and there’s broccoli, zucchini and mushrooms in it. (Totally ignoring the fact that I’m allergic to mushrooms.) I called to speak to the woman again telling her that my order was still done incorrectly. She was so unapologetic. I had to ask her what the next steps would be, could half my order be remade or could I be refunded? She said the kitchen was closed so that left me with the option of being refunded however I can’t get a refund. (While this is in Uber Rats wheelhouse, I do feel strongly that the restaurant should have offered to right their wrong. I was very glad I ordered sushi otherwise I would’ve went to bed HUNGRY.) $17 wasted.
This is the most awful food ever tasted. Family bought four different entrees and everything tasted like cabbage. General tso chicken tasted like cabbage. Chicken Lo mein tasted like cabbage. Teriyaki chicken tasted like cabbage. Crab Rangoon tasted like cabbage. We usually eat left overs the next day, but the $80 spent went directly in the trash after tasting.
6/5!!! The food was awesome, taste ambiance, quantity and price! Unbeatable! Was absolutely worth the drive!The behavior of the people there was also splendid.
I specifically asked the guy to make sure that there’s chili oil in my bag for delivery at least three times and he said yeah I got it when I got my food….no chili oil. I called to ask and they just said oh sorry next time make sure you tell us……sad to give this a one star because I liked their food but horrible service.
My friend, niece, and I decided to have dinner at the Collierville location today. The service was poor and the food was worse! I had the walnut shrimp and my friend had the hot fish. The shrimp smelled awful, the broccoli was ice cold, and the pineapples were straight from a can. We waited over 30 minutes for the meal and as we were about to walk out, it finally arrived. I should’ve continued my walk to the door. This was my not my first visit here but it will surely be my last. I usually order carry-out (lunch specials) but my niece wanted to Japanese because she had done well at school this day. She would only eat the white rice. Overpriced to begin with then they automatically added an 18% gratuity. $52.00 completely wasted!! Should I have simply left? Yes. But in today’s current economy, I do understand everyone is just trying to survive but service this poor and food this distasteful just had to be reviewed. I will not, however, spend my revenue nor visit this establishment again.
First time eating there, and for sure won't be the last. Very wide selection of dishes, and served the way you want and hot and fresh.One of the best places to eat ....
Incredible food and incredible, authentic scenery.I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and was greeted with a generous portion of chicken and veggies with the perfect balance of savory and spicy. Highly recommend and will be coming back for it again!!I think Mulan bistro has the absolute best indoor atmosphere + construction of any Chinese restaurant in the area. I'll be coming HERE for my next anniversary.P.S. i heard if you come at the right time they may even have a pianist playing the piano in the middle of the dining area.
I came to Mulan to eat some sushi, and man was i pleased! I got the tornado roll and my tummy was happy! The inside of the restaurant is very inviting and made me feel at home.
We ordered dinner, half of it didn't arrive. We called them and they got an attitude claiming they never screw up and the food must be there. Ended up having to reorder some portions, and they sent the wrong size. We ordered large, they sent small. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Ordered delivery. Order was wrong, cold and late. Called restaurant to make it right and they refused to deliver the rice that was left off. Advised I could come pick it up because they were too busy. They lost a loyal customer tonight.
