Will never go back to Moe's on Walker Avenue in Memphis Tennessee. Had lunch today their and found hair in my food . Rice wasn't cooked. Sweet tea wasn't sweet. Employees were laughing at a friend and myself for whatever reason.Who knows! They were acting high. Food was not good. Pork was burnt.
I hope they were understaffed. The folks were friendly and overly worked during lunch on a Saturday. The food is very tasty and love the Coke machine. They were challenged to keep everything going smoothly... just look at the trash pic. I felt bad for the crew.
No onions at 3 pm..server said she didn't think they had any .she didn't go to check.
Fresh food most of the time. It would be nice if they refill the items in the evening. After 7ish it's not guaranteed to get everything I wanted.. I had to settle for less couple of times with no beans, chicken or grilled veggies
Good food… but the fact that nobody serving the food was wearing masks is really scary.??
Hi, I’ve emailed your store on your website just to brag on the manager who worked when my children and I came for dinner tonight. Her name is Kara or Cara. She did an awesome job of protecting her staff and even the customers in line waiting to be helped when a very rude door dasher (I assume) began cussing and screaming loud enough that my children could hear every single word your employees were being called. She handled the situation with such professionalism and skill. I hope you guys are proud of the manager that she is. You will continue getting our business every Wednesday after church. Awesome job Cara/Kara!
Fantastic service. So friendly, made me really want to come back. I watched an other customer be very rude to the staff for no reason and Ms. Kara the manager handled the situation with absolute class and skill. True leadership and the definition of customer service. I will definitely be back!
Came in the other day to grab dinner and the store was actually closed to the public due to only having one person working. The manager, Kara, told us that if we could wait a little bit she would help us. We waited maybe 10 minutes to order our food, and while we were waiting, Kara explained why they were understaffed and she thanked us for waiting while she wrapped up a couple of large online orders. She did an amazing job dealing with people coming in and out for online order pickups. She also perfectly handled a customer who was frustrated with waiting to be helped with a pickup order and was rude to a young girl sitting at the restaurant. Kara had so much on her plate but was so kind and made our experience great!Food was amazing and we got to fix our queso craving!
Friendly staff, Anthony is a great guy keep him around.
