Came in and ordered two 18inch pizzas and they simply weren’t up to par. I did not like the pizzas that I received. We threw it away. The crust was burnt and the toppings were not appetizing. Usually, when I eat at Milano’s there are no complaints. Unfortunately, i called in to potentially get a remedy to my complaint and was informed that they “never get any complaints” so they weren’t going to do anything about it. I guess as a paying customer my input didn’t matter in this situation. They used to be a favorite but after today, I won’t be back.
Will never go back to this pizza place again the guy in the shop had a terrible attitude
I trust that the other items are better but got cheese pizza for my girls and it was 100% flavorless. Literally tasted nothing but cheese on bread.
Really friendly staff. Super fast service, good pizza, , excellent quick stop place to eat at the mall
For the price, the portions were small and no sides came with the entree. The pizza was good (had barbecue chicken) but the crust was very hard/tough (not just at the edges).
Ordered a slice of pepperoni, and I was transported to New York. It was thin, crispy crust and juicy. Omg dreaming of another slice, I will be back.
I had an issue with my order and owner corrected the issue!
The Cheese Pizza is very good.Fantastic Service from the employees. Quick and Efficient Pickup. Topings are rather expensive but the quality is good.
After reading several of the reviews and responses from the owner, I’m writing about our experience this evening. I’d like to mention that we’ve picked up the same items we did tonight and they were absolutely delicious, however tonight none of the items we ordered were prepared properly, there was an obvious lack of quality and taste, the pizza was absolutely bland. When we called to let them know that we were extremely unsatisfied, the person on the phone was more interested in arguing than actually listening to the feedback being offered by a customer. I asked if there was anything he would offer to makeup for the service tonight, and he refused. I understand there are off days, that’s not the issue, the problem was in the treatment we received when we phoned the business to find out why the food wasn’t prepared properly and with the quality we expected. Lack of consistency is definitely an issue with Milano’s and I hope this review genuinely helps the business as I’m not sure how much I got through to the person I spoke to on the phone this evening.
Went to buy 2 slices. The young female employee gave me complete attitude. When I asked if they served by the slice or they only made whole pizzas, the answer she gave was a very rude "yeah. What do you want?" Like she was busy doing something else. She wasn't. I was the only customer there. I overlooked that exchange and ordered 2 slices of pepperoni, to which she asked "you want pepperoni on two slices? I've never heard of that." I wanted to say f you but I said thank you for nothing and walked out. You know, you try to support local businesses that say they were hit hard last year only to go there and to be treated like the people working there are doing you a favor. I went home and ordered Marco's pizza. I'd advise you to do the same. Or order a pizza from anywhere else. You'll be able to get what you want that way.
