Placed to go order at 5:15 and was told it would be 1 hour & 15 minutes to be ready. Got there at 6:15 and it wasn't even started. Told them to go ahead and checked again at 7pm and it still wasn't started! I almost lost my cool. Refund was asked for.
Surprising good pizza. Was just looking for a quick slice but happy ordered a small pie with pepperoni and mushrooms. Priced great and tasted even better. Nice crust. Will be back!!
This pizza was very good. Great, crunchy, thin crust. Also tried the cheese sticks and they were good as well. Had a great selection on the menu. Many options including sandwiches, pizzas, calzones, and salads. The employees were nice and friendly.
We've been eating here for nearly a decade. Great pizza! It is a must.

Enjoyable but not great. Fair price. Pizza had good favor - we prefer more cheese. Thin crust. Having trouble finding good pizza in area. Pyro's chain is preferred choice at this point - still searching.
I was very disappointed tonight. The service at the Collierville location has never been 100% great, but tonight was the absolute worst. I waited almost 5 whole minutes at the cash register before someone acknowledged that I was standing there. The cashier had passed by me several times. The kitchen is not that big, so I know the cooks saw me waiting too. I was the only person waiting & was coming to pick up an order that I had placed over the phone. It was so ridiculous that I called them on the phone while I was standing there & that’s how I was able to get my food. Needless to say, I won’t waste my time anymore to drive to that location, which is unfortunate because I really like the food, but not enough to be disrespected.
I've been debating and thinking since yesterday 10/20 if I should give a review. Here we are 10/21 and yes I should. Now I come down the walk way from Davita pretty regularly. Yesterday was the worse experience I have ever had. I was standing in line patiently waiting as three customers prior to me was being seen. One lady had a large call in order which had me waiting longer, so the guy helped her carry it out! I’m standing at the counter patiently waiting. Every employee sees me stand there. Another customer walks up behind me and one of the male employee walks up. He turns and get the guy pizza off top of the oven. My pizza “Williams” was right beside it. He calls the guy name and give him his total. So I say “ oh you want me to move so he can pay?” He said so you haven't checked out yet, I side no I have not. He still proceeded with the guy payment and pizza. I’m standing there in shock. When he finish he looked at me and said ma’am what's your order, “so I say no don't worry about it I don't want it anymore” and walked out!!! Yes, I’m black and he looked all over me to let this white customer go ahead of me. I’m Disgusting by his actions. I will never spend another dime in there again!!
Not fast food. They make it fresh with quality ingredients.The way it is supposed to be done. Try a local brew for a nice treat.
Love their thin pizza and try the hot sandwiches!
