BOY HAS THIS PLACE GONE DOWNHILL!! I ordered a Happy Meal for my grandson, a large milkshake and this new "donut-like" item for myself. Their registers were not working, for some strange reason, so I paid EXACT CASH! They handed me a SMALL milkshake bc their ice cream machine was down. So I asked for an adjustment to the $12.00+ I had just paid. The girl immediately got an attitude with me and then another employee jumped into the conversation and said I would actually owe THEM $28.00 for what I had offered!! I asked her HOW? And she proceeded to add each item and 30 cents tax. I said wait the tax would be different on each item. She said she was the supervisor and based on what McDonald's Corporate teaches them is that they charge 30 cents on each item and it'll average out!! THIS IS SO WRONG!! I will never step foot on a McDonald's property again and I HAVEN'T!! I'll take my business to Chick-fil-A!!

Multiple customers and I have been waiting for over an hour and half in line. Called to find out that they have been working on DoorDash and Uber eat orders. Super rude and disrespectful once theydid take order. Meals should be free with this terrible of service

Ok. To be fair, the fries were good. The floor was so slippery we didn't pick our feet up so much as slid along. In hindsight, this should have been our cue to leave. We didn't. The service was indifferent and we were completely ignored several times. My Deluxe Quarter Pounder was terrible. No flavor and a sloppy mess in the little cardboard box. My wife had the 2 cheeseburger deal, not much better. And lastly, does anyone know if hair restraints are still required in the kitchen? There were several employees with very long hair walking around the food prep area with it swinging free. Pretty sure Not a Sanitary practice. Like I said, the fries were good.

I had already decided to uninstall the worthless app. But I wanted McDonald's fries and nuggets so I went in and attempted to use the horrendously programmed kiosk. After much effort I managed to get my order placed. Then they accidentally shorted me by half of my nuggets. They rectified that situation but when my wife and I began to eat, we discovered that the nuggets were dry and overcooked. And the fries no longer taste like McDonald's fries are supposed to taste. By mutual decision we aren't going to McDonald's any more.

Person taking order was doing more than one thing. Had to repeat several order several times and come back because part of the order was missing.

Employees were deplorable to us tonight. We placed an online order, which went through, but when we arrived well before closing the employees opted to ignore us being there until they closed then told us they were closed. Incredibly poor behavior to customers.

Ladies need courses in dealing with customers.!!! And also the manager, who is a lady, unfortunately, does not deserve to be a manager. Managing the restaurant your customers lose them.

Went to get my kids a McFlurry but as usual the machine was broke. It's amazing how their machine is broken so often. Kids sadly settled for french fries which they forgot to put salt on so got thrown away. How pitiful is this place? Went to yelp and noticed other reviews complaining how the ice cream and milkshake machines are always broke.Edit: They still get a 1-star but I will admit on occasion when i get breakfast for my kids, it has been decent.edit 2: 3 months after previous rating they still get a 1-star. My suggestion would be to hire employees smart enough to get the simplest of orders correct. Nothing more irritating to get home and see your order was made incorrectly. I guess if I ever go there again, i will have to sit in line, take everything out of the bag and open all my sandwiches to make sure they are correct.

I had an UberEats delivery. Order was incomplete, yet the bag was sealed and sent. I had to go up there and let them know I didn't recieve my drinks. I did add an item because of my mistake, however, once I got to the window and I let the operator( who was a lifesaver) know AGAIN about my order, she let's the so-called manager (or whoever she was) that I didn't get my drinks and proceeds to make them. The "manager" tells her that I had gotten my drinks and the operater points to where they were sitting and tells her, "no she didn't, they're right there and proceeded to hand me my coffees! Thank you to her! And the "manager" listen to your customers next time!
