The manager that’s working there right now at this time I don’t know her name but she is the worst I don’t know how she became a manager has the worst attitude I ever see wow I hope the district manager is saying this because I am not coming there no more I do not feel comfortable going over there no more because I feel to my play with my food.
Its the little things that matter.This may be the best McDonald's in the Memphis metropolitan area. When I go through the drive thru, I don't have to check my bag to see if everything is in there. They always get the order right. It may seem like a little thing, but it matters.A special shout-out to LaQuan. When he's working the window, I feel like I'm getting special service. He goes the extra mile to make sure your drinks are filled to the brim, your fries are fresh, and your special requests are taken care of.Once again, it may be little things, but it matters.
Been quite some time since I visited McDonald's. Ordered a medium shake. It was okay but watering. The big shock was the $4.50 price. Have prices at McDonald's gone up like a gallon of gas.

Service was excellent. A lot of times you get soggy old fries at McDonalds, however their fries were hot and fresh and perfectly salted. We also ordered chicken nuggets and they were also hot, crispy and fresh. Probably one of the better McDonalds we've been to for a very long time.

I went to this location because they were nice enough to donate a portion of their proceeds to our local school group. I was pleasantly surprised. This location is now under new ownership which explains a lot. The inside was very clean and well maintained. The employees were all pleasant and very helpful. The food was also pretty good. The new owners have really made great improvements to this location. I'll definitely be back.
The food was ok it wasn't really hot this time customer service was friendly they left off a couple items off my order it was nice about it
Every Saturday I go there at lunch time with my kids to get their meals. After getting the meals & I get home I see they have missed out on an item. This has not happened to me just once but a couple of times & like on this past Saturday the staff is some what arrogant it seems like for them that they are always right & not the customer. Seriously I hope the management does some thing about it.
Soon as I ate the food. I developed a stomach ache. I think it is the worst I have had.
