Our town has four delivery pizza places and we’ve used three so thought it was time to try Marcos. Ordered delivery and less then 30 minutes later the pizzas were delivered by a very nice driver. Unbelievably, when we opened the boxes, both pizzas were steaming hot!!!! Loads of fresh ingredients exactly as ordered and baked just right! The regular crust was just right. The cinnamon buns were very greasy but tasted good. We look forward to our next order.
I would give an infinite star to them ❤❤❤.We are strictly vegetarians. I requested them to change gloves and prepare our pizza away from meat and they happily agreed.Highlight of Marco's Pizza: I've tried pizzas everywhere in Collierville. All of those had heavy sauce, heavy cheese (irrespective of we choosing normal) which made me nauseous everytime after having them and those had 2 to 3 pieces of toppings in each cut piece.However, Marco's pizza has extremely light sauce and light cheese and lot of topping pieces and to my surprise I ate a lot without being nauseous. I had my ginger tea after having pizza. Happy tummy!
This was my first visit and the customer service was awesome. I will be back.
So I guess this Marcos likes to show bias against melanted people. This young lady that delivered the food was not happy at all. She passed the sack with the salad like yuck I hope she doesn't touch my hand, which I wasn't interested in doing anyway then places the pizza bag on the wet freaking ground to pull the other items out. This is not the first time this particular driver has delivered to me and I just had to make awareness of the subtle disgust from her. She is not happy about delivering to BLACK FOLKS. So if you black don't buy from this Marcos they got issues and the pizza was dry and just take the cinna squares of the menu they taste like dirt! I still gave her an 8 dollar tip because I love all people. My town needs to do better!
Wanted to try Marcos. Didn't want a specialty pizza. Website wouldn't let me build and price. WTF?
Got my order completely wrong, but the manager, Jason, fixed it right away with no issue at all.

One of the guys did not have on a mask and was coughing! I was like what! Im glad I was picking up an order for DD!
We have ordered from here twice. The first time the food was delivered fast, hot, fresh, and delicious. The second time we ordered the exact same thing and it was delivered slow, cold, old, and unappetizing.
Wow . I have ordered this from Grubhub. Grubhub don’t have option to select crust. Although I have added a comment to get Thin crust pizza . And also put a comment to make it crispy. And They have followed my instructions as exactly what I have written. I loved the pizza. I have tried them before in chicago . The best pizza in the town for the price. Amazing. I will definitely gonna come back.
