The food was very good. My experience has been that most steakhouses have a noticeable aroma of steaks being cooked. Sometimes you can detect that both inside and outside. This location was not one of those places. In fact, there was a bad smell, like old grease.The service was good. There were tables where the guests were watching their phones and the volume was disturbing to nearby people at other tables. I've seen this in other restaurants but I would expect that the management would explain to them that this was not acceptable. I shouldn't be expected to have to report this, as it woukd have been very awkward.
My wife and I had dinner with my 3 adult sons and their girlfriends. First of all we were seated promptly, which is a big plus for me. Our server was very quick in getting our drinks and orders in, (plus). The problems began with the way the wait staff carried out the food. The wait staff carried the food in their arms close to their chest, touching their shirts. They did not carry the food up high, but down low touching their chest. Big turn off for me. I ordered the Outlaw Ribeye, which is my norm. The steak was prepared perfectly, but it was very salty, or over seasoned. The rice was cold, and the salad was overly saturated with ranch dressing. I give my experience 2-3 stars.
I ordered from their carside service, so I can’t speak much on anything inside, but I had a great experience. I ordered on a busy Friday night and only had to wait about ~10 minutes past my pickup time. The girl who brought it out was nice as well.I ordered their seasoned chicken tenders, fries, and the firecracker chicken wraps. The seasoned tenders were great and I really recommend trying the chicken wraps as an appetizer. They aren’t spicy as advertised but they’re delicious. The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the fries. They just weren’t good, or were possibly old. I was kind of expecting steak fries at a steakhouse too. But overall a very good experience, still 5 stars for me.
After sending back my salad that had a bug in it my wife food was overcooked and not only that a fried bug in her fries will not be returning!!!!!!!???
Honestly, I wish 0 stars was an option. It was my family member’s birthday and our party of 8 tried to call ahead to ensure a shorter wait time only to be told they don’t take reservations. We arrived and were told they “had to quote an hour wait,” but that they were just waiting on people to get up so they could push two tables together, so they expected it to be less wait time. An hour goes by and we checked again. The restaurant looked half empty, and we were told they were understaffed but that they were cleaning our table now. Another 30 minutes passed and we asked the hostess how much longer and were again told they were cleaning our table. We expressed our frustration that we were told that over 30 minutes ago and the hostess flat out told us, “I just work here. I really don’t care if you’re upset.” We waited for a different staff member to ask the status of our table and then we were finally seated. Then the hostess came to take our drink orders because our “waitress had stepped out.” She brought us 3 waters when we needed 5 and also told us there would be a wait for tea because they ran out. After waiting another 30 minutes for someone to bring our remaining drinks and take our order we decided to leave. We got the strong impression from the staff that they were hoping we would get up and leave so that was one less thing for them to do. Almost all the staff we observed had no sense of urgency or compassion. Not to mention the bathroom was filthy, the sink was not working right, and the roll of toilet paper was on the floor because there was no holder. They should close this Longhorn location because it’s ruining their brand. I used to love this place when we went a year or two ago, and seeing how far it’s gone downhill is depressing.
Great service for a busy early dinner. Get here early or you will wait a while on a regular table. We go straight to the bar area and grab a table top. People were standing around and we sat immediately in the bar but were not that picky about seating. Decent food with options for a chain.
Wonderful lunch and dinner at this location. The waitress staff was very helpful and tentative. Thanks for accommodating. me keep up the good work.
Quickly seated around 7pm. Service was good. Salad with raspberry vinaigrette was fresh and tasty. Ribeye was extremely over seasoned and chewy...but edible
Waited at front entrance for more than 8 mins without being seated. Place was not busy at all. 5 employees walked by us without making eye contact nor saying someone would be with us. Finally got someone's attention just to find out the hostess was in the kitchen area. We wont be back!
Wait may be a bit long on popular night but service was amazing food also great. The over all atmosphere of the workers was just fantastic, everyone was in good spirits and service was on point and prompt. Keep it up guys
