rude at counter. grease soaked through the crust and the box9
Staff rude except for the person who took my order on the phone. Barely acknowledged us and they weren’t even busy. One pizza was supposed to be an extra most bestest sausage pizza but it’s just a regular one.
So I’ve been asking for the stuff crust, the regular one, I keep checking the menu and they still have it, but I keep getting the one with pepperoni inside, so many times they can’t even cut it right so I’ll have these tiny pieces, and the crazy bread are usually flat without any taste, it use to be better. Maybe it will be good again sometime.
Refused us service because my mask wasn’t “acceptable”. Going home with a crying kid. Beyond rude
After I ordered at the wrong restaurant, the nice employees at the Collierville Little Cesar's not only got me the food I needed, but helped me get the wrong ordered cancelled! Great customer service!
Hate to write bad reviews but c’mon man. Walked into Little Caesars with no other customers in the restaurant besides myself, and they had me waiting for a few minutes before they took my order. I could clearly see all of the employees sitting around in the back just talking to each other, and some of them even looked at me and still sat around. Food was fine, service was terrible
I went to LC in C`Ville on Byhalia road today Wednesday at 5:15 PM and ordered two hot and ready stuffed crust pizzas. The young blonde girl told me it would be 15 minutes. I said ok and waited and waited...finally around 6:00, like 45 minutes later she brings them out. When I get home I go to eat a slice only to discover the pizza is practically raw. I had to put them in my oven and cook for another 30 minutes before they we edible. Horrible experience, just horrible.
She is terrifying lol she looks like she cursed my pizza full of ants.
I went in to place an order on 7.6.2021 and there were 6 teenage employees (no manager on duty). Of those 6, only 1 employee was wearing a mask. While wearing a mask is now optional, anyone preparing or working with food in a public setting should be required to wear masks. Not to mention one of the unmasked teenage employees sneezed and didn't bother to wash his hands. I had to pull another teenage employee to the side, after they confirmed there was no manager on duty, and request that she ask the employee to please wash his hand before preparing my order. She replied "I saw him sneeze into his hands as well, so I will ask him to wash his hands". So consider had I not seen him do this how many customers meals he may have handled without washing his hands. All of this not to mention how the Delta variant of COVID is now spreading. Don't think I will be returning to this location until they are requiring employees to wear mask. On top of it all my pizza had way too much pizza sauce, not sure it was cooked long enough...
I went in to order some “hot and ready pizza” and it took 28 minutes for me to figure out that they didn’t know how to locate me. When I came in from the parking lot the fake emo girl with the $5 tattoos slammed some trays really hard and rolled her eyes. If you don’t like making $7.50 an hour get a job at Walmart or something.
