First time visiting, Alana was super helpful with helping me find the perfect flavors to start my morning. The raspberry ice cream was everything. The staff was so helpful. Will be back again!
Best ice cream in Memphis. Locally owned and ice cream made in house. I especially love the cake batter and the Java chip ice creams! Their coffee is very good too
The staff here is both patient and exceptional. We had a group - many that can not eat eggs. The staff handled it gracefully answering questions and providing samples. Kids had a blast.
Love everything about this place, the ice cream, the coffee, the specialty drinks, everything, except one thing. If you’re going to serve thick, nearly homemade-tasting, positively magnificent milkshakes, have shake straws available. Nothing ruins a good shake like a thin, collapsed straw that allows a trickle flow if anything at all!
The Levee Creamery is a great place to start your day or grab a dessert. I really enjoy their cold brew with a couple of protein bites in the morning. The ice cream is always great, as well as the service. Easily 5 stars!
I used to go to Levee daily for a chai latte. However, since they have been out of chai for about 2 months, I’ve taken to ordering the same brand of chai mix to my house and making my lattes at home for a much cheaper price. I ask you, how is it that I’m able to order the chai mix to my house, but Levee isn’t able to order it to their store? I miss being able to have a pleasant experience at this coffee shop, but whoever owns/manages it right now is doing a horrendous job of keeping it going.
Customer Service is BAD. It's just a bunch of teenagers who don't care. I came in the other night and there was about 6 of them. No greetings no welcoming in, I walked in and all 6 just turned their heads and stared at me in silence. They all seemed completely bothered to help me. It was such an uncomfortable experience I will not be returning.
They have excellent selection of ice cream flavours. Sweet chai of mine is one of my fav. Their service is very prompt. One of the best spot to enjoy ice cream in Germantown.
LEVEE IS THE BEST!!!! The ice cream flavors are unique and homemade! It’s always exciting to try new flavors and experiment too. I also love the coffee offerings - so delicious & has become my go-to place and pick me up. The employees are incredible and friendly, and I’ve met the owners as well who radiant positivity and joy from their workplace! All around 5 star experience!! A MUST TRY in Memphis!
