Messed up order, refused to answer phone for me to tell them had corrected it before they closed for the night (called at 9:57 when I got to where I was eating and there was no time to go back).Picture attached, does this look like a 'Double A1 Chophouse' to you?
I had a great time, the poor employees were working themselves like crazy. Business is great at our restaurant in Collierville. Unfortunately they could truly use more staff but then so could every other business. Hang in there guys Jesus knows your heart.
First visit to this restaurant! I'm hooked!! Great fresh burgers and onion rings. Also had the Turtle sundae. Delicious!! We'll definitely be going back soon!

Frozen custard treats are better than their food. The burgers are smash burgers so as long you know that, you'll be good.
If you are searching for good food and service to match... Pass on by. The entire staff was incredibly rude. The employee taking the orders was laying in down in one of the booths, just chillin' on her phone, with a couple other employees. Places like this fail due to lack of leadership. This is the face of your business... Good luck... Time to clean house.
Very disappointed. Walked in and there was nobody inside. Finally someone came forward from the back of the store and said ' She'll be back in a minute.' When 'she' finally showed up we were informed that they were offline and couldn't take any orders. No apologies or anything. They could have cared less. We left.
You might as well take brownies off the menu because apparently you guys just don’t bother making them anymore…we have come specifically for/tried to get a brownie sundae more times than I can count and no brownies every single time…
We arrived at the restaurant friday at 9 pm. All the signs and online information said that they would stay open until at least 10. We arrive and try to open the door to the dining room. It was locked. We see 4 employees on their phones, not cleaning or working in any way. There was no paper or anything taped up saying that something had happened and they looked like they were just slacking. We think that maybe the dining room closes early so we go to the drive through. They had shut off the drive through as well, the voice saying something along the lines of "please come back during our regular hours". We checked, it said dining room open til 10:30 and Friday hours: 10:30. This is extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning. This is completely unacceptable for any establishment.
I visited Collierville location. I bought the double melt sandwich only. The price went up and that is fine because food cost during the pandemic. The food was horrible and inedible though because it was pre made. So it was soaky and just salty. Time was after 6 pm; I had to go and put in oven under broil to toast it. Will never visit again by myself. If meeting someone there, I will go, but mostly likely not order anything. See photo
