This Chilis can’t get a simple order right to save their lives. Past 2 delivery orders wrong. Previous order put everything on a salad which had clear instructions to leave a few things off so had to drive to location to get resolved. Tried again today and got salad right, but messed up a simple chicken sandwich (didn’t even give us the right sandwich). Tried to give a second chance but will no longer order from this location as simple orders and topping requests clearly have zero attention, or care, given.
They seated us quickly and the server was very helpful. My meal was the only one that was an appetizer and wasn't served until halfway through everyone else's meal. It also didn't have all of the things on it that it should have like celery sticks. It took them awhile to come back and ask about to go boxes , but the meal was good.
3 adults and 3 kids. Food has improved exponentially since previous visits. Staff was incredibly polite and expedient,, despite being short staffed like the rest of the world. So nice to take the kids out and not feel like you waisted hard earned money.
The service was top notch. Shelby at the Collierville location was a very good waitress.
The worst experience EVER! Today is my mom's 83rd birthday. She loves Chili's...but we will NEVER go back. I wanted to take her to her favorite Restaraunt. We went in and asked to be seated away from the door due to the cold air blowing inand the hostess was rude and only offered a high top( with an 83 year old that is like 4"11) 1 table down from the door with the cold air still coming in every time the door opened.I understand you have limited staff..but your waiter could of waited on us at the table in the back away from the door. It is January and the air conditioning was running, making matters worse. We asked again to be moved to no avail. We asked if they could turn the air down or heat up and they said no. We left and will not be back. I'm not sure who owns this establishment or whom the manager is, but you really need to be kinder to your patrons. I know things are tuff...but kindness and compassion are free and have nothing to do with shortages. You have lost a faithful customer, and by the looks of things you can't afford to.
Do NOT go to Chilis in Collierville. Horrible service when you dine in and if you get take out there’s a 10/10 chance it will be wrong. I’ve tried going here on multiple occasions and it doesn’t fail to disappoint. Save your time and money!
***Update***-We returned and they’ve totally redeemed themselves. The food was impeccable once again and it seemed they just had an off night, which we all do. Great job.Have been eating here for years. We brought our family from Europe to eat and sadly the burger was in many pieces (lots of lettuce with bun thrown on), the 6oz steak was a 3oz steak asked if there was a part missing? What’s been happening chilis?
I’d give a zero if I could. Bad business. We ordered online for pick up and were shocked at tiny portion size for the money. For nachos we were given 6 individual soggy chips with another 6 individual soggy chips under a wet piece of paper. For chicken tacos literally two 1/2 inch cubes of chicken on each, less than a mouthful. Waited on phone 20 min and was hung up on by manager when I said I’m on my way in. Manager was rude when I arrived repeatedly saying “I don’t understand what the problem is…haven’t you ever BEEN to a chili’s before???” as if it was acceptable and I should have known they’d be awful. Then chef came out and said he didn’t understand what the problem was.( ?!) At that point, I reminded them of their roach infestation the last time we attempted a meal inside their restaurant 1 year ago and we’re moved to a different booth when one crawl across our table. I asked if it had been corrected yet. Chef told me to my face that it never happened! They are rude, arrogant, and the customer is never right. Bad business. DO NOT GO!!! CHOOSE ANY OTHER RESTAURANT!!!
The manager was very rude. We ordered food to go, the food portions were meager at best. We had to bring it back and wanted food redone. This is the same restaurant that we had a roach crawl on our table last Christmas. We come once a year, we will never return ever again. Chili's obviously cares nothing about their patrons or food quality.
Went today for lunch with my woman. They literally sold us bad food. A simple chicken fajita chicken ? was so bad. I couldn't hold it down for 20 minutes and it can back up. Be careful if you visit. Food is not up to par. Waitress was so rude the manager had to come take our order. You guys can do better if you're wanting customers to return.
