Very clean with super friendly staff. Bathrooms were clean & stocked. Plenty of seating & wasn't crowded inside at all. Fast service. Everyone else had chicken nuggets & were pleased. I had a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich that was ok. The bun was very stale & flaky. I've never had this happen it Chick-fil-A so maybe it was one time thing. Waffle fries were good. Plenty of parking but all parking had numbers so it was confusing. We had 2 eventually park in front of a number because that's all there was. Otherwise, a very super clean restuarant with friendly fast service.
I was ordering for 4 people, the line was the shortest I have ever seen at a Chick-fil-A before, we pulled up to order and the lady was rushing us. I understand they have to keep things moving but that was ridiculous. I tried to order my food, it was the last thing we were ordering, and she dismissed me! I said wait and she just walked away. I didn’t fret because my boyfriend ordered extra so I could just eat one of his biscuits. We get home to find that they didn’t even give us everything that they charged us for. I have NEVER had a bad experience at any chickfila like this before. I wish I had gotten the lady’s name.

Food is either undercooked or overcooked. I order via curbside because I have a toddler….a kids meal with an apple juice each time & every time they forget to bring the apple juice. Just read the order. The employees always seem confused when informing them about an error THEY made when bringing out the curbside order. Highly disappointing
Dodged a few wrecks outside this chik fil a, while the drive through had 4.7 million cars in line spilling out into the road for a block. Why can't the police deem this a hazard, or impeding the flow of traffic??
This has to be the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been too. Watch out they don't give you what you order and they don't secure the lids on the coffee. How hard is it to put the right food in the right bag. How hard is it to put a lid on a coffee cup. I guess the manager can't find a phone either to call acustomer back to explain or apologize. Bottom line there is really no reason for front line employees, managers and the franchise owner not to be able to put the right food in the right bag and the top on the coffee cup.
Always fast and delicious. I can't wait until our local one is up and running.
Food is great! Getting into the drive through was terrible, so wanted to park and pickup. They said no, had to change it in the app and wait in the parking spot.
