Great food great service. Thank you Angie!!
Not too busy so we got good service.Food was very good. The wife said it was the best meal she had in a while.
Totally enjoyed my meal today! My husband and I had a salad, bread, blackberry sangria (2 each), and split an entree - linguini with scallops and shrimp in a vodka sauce. I like cheesy pasta, so I had the server bring some freshly grated parmesan and some ricotta cheese...then I added a bit more salt and pepper to my taste and BOOM, the pasta was DELICIOUS! The shrimp and scallops were tender (not overcooked), a nice saucy pasta with chunks of tomato and basil, accompanied by blackberry sangria which was sweet, chilled, and incredibly good.Everything was awesome, including our friendly and attentive server. The atmosphere was great as well...the temperature in the restaurant wasn't too hot or cold, not too loud, tables separated enough that you aren't on top of one another, etc.The only thing I didn't like was the price - it was $95 pre tip, which is quite a bit for 2 people who shared an entree. What hiked up the price was the sangria, $12 per glass.Oh, one more complaint - I was too full to get the butter cake lol. Guess I'll have to go back again soon for that.We hadn't been out much since the pandemic has been going on, so I was really glad to have a great meal out!
Thought we would treat everyone to a nice Family Dinner and not cook tonight. Decided to try out Carrabba's Family Bundle. Ordered online for delivery. I won't even bother to complain that it took over 1 1/2 Hrs to get the delivery or that the food arrived cold. The biggest problem was that Carrabba's didn't bother giving us everything included in the meal! What is an Italian Dinner without the Bread? We called Carrabba's and a very unpleasant Woman answered. She informed us they ran out of Bread and that oversight was not their Problem. She blamed the Delivery Person for them running out of Bread. REALLY? Read that again, it's the Drivers fault the Restaurant ran out of food! Then she told us there was nothing they would do because the Bread is "FREE". Funny, when you list an item as INCLUDED IN PRICE it is NOT FREE! Sauce is included, Dressing for the salad is included. But somehow the Bread advertised with the meal is not their problem. Calling us "Sweat Heart" every few seconds in the most disdaining way possible does not help either. The F Bomb would have been less insulting. All they had to do was call and tell us they were out. We either would have said OK or Canceled the order and saved the $76 spent on a cold meal with out the advertised items. So if you are thinking about a nice meal from here I suggest you think twice. Why risk not getting what you ordered and have a nasty Person tell you it's not their problem. There are a lot of good businesses out there who would be more than happy to get you the food you want and if a mistake is made I doubt those other ones would treat you like a joke.
Visited with my family last night. Food was impeccable! Still steaming when brought to the table! Great service from the time we entered the building until we left. Christian was an outstanding waiter. Maybe the best I've ever had! Will return!
The service was great. The food was fresh and fast. And the peach iced tea was a first . If i stayed near by i would come more often.
Think waiter was bar staff but he was horrible. Forgot to put in my appetizer, never brought the tea I asked for, only came to the table to drop off what we ordered or asked from across the area we were seated in if we were ok. BUT have us ther check promptly AND picked it up damn near as soon as we put in the cash and card we were paying with. This isn't my 1st nast experience here, so I definitely won't be returning to this location.
Great service. Chicken parm was kind of soft and bland, and cheese was just barely melted. Spinach was bland as well. Not my best visit, but pleasant, nonetheless.
Great food. Nice atmosphere. Really enjoyed the Sanga-rita drink. Tasty.
The first time we did carry out from this Carrabba’s they didn’t bother to send the 2 kids meals, and when we called to ask for that portion of the bill to be refunded, we were told they couldn’t and that we should drive the 20 minutes back to pick it up. Eventually the manager said they would credit the entire credit card payment back, but that was apparently just to get us off the phone, as it never happened. We tried again today, and we’re given a chicken pesto sandwich with no pesto and Alfredo dipping sauce that was straight up cream. Collierville has a lot to choose from…skip this one.
