I ordered through door dash. I ordered sweet tea and got a coke instead and this little leg was on my fish.. ?? and this is the collierville location
Food was hot, and the servers were very friendly and made sure our order was correct.
The fish dinner was fixed rather quickly and the french fries were old and not looking good
Tried to get takeout here a few days ago with my dad and my toddler son. Lots of places have their lobby closed because they cannot find sufficient staff in this pandemic. This Captain D’s SHOULD have closed their lobby. Instead we waited around for about 25 minutes I think while my son got bored and started throwing a fit because of the long wait. There were several people in the lobby who looked like they had been waiting quite a while. We just gave up and went to the nearby Wendy’s who seemed happy enough to take our $ and give us some food in exchange. Later went to the Captain D’s near Hacks Cross Rd and had none of these issues. This store is poorly managed.
Fish was greasy that took a long time to get served no employees working there but like 2
Oh my God why is it that every time I go through a drive-through and Memphis Tennessee Carvel doesn’t matter where the score of the country service is awful!! Had to go back in for fork for my cole slaw and condiments!!!
Quick, friendly service! I've already been twice this week and will probably go back this weekend.
This place needs help in the management area.Any management that allows customers to sit in the dining room and BLARE LOUD OBNOXIOUS MUSIC on their phone is not managing correctly.Windows look like they haven't been cleaned in months.Sign on door says wear a mask but employee s are not wearing theirs correctly and the cooks behind counter are not wearing them at all.Food is undercooked and not worth the price.They were out of lemon s and you have to get your tea refill s fr them.Not good Covid practices in place.
I go to the Captain D’s drive thru in Collierville and the manager Kim is awesome. She is always friendly and always smiling. They’ve been short staffed like every place seems to be, but my order is always correct and she always greets me with a smile and asks me how my day is going. My order has never been wrong and that’s says a lot for Kim bc they are really busy and short- staffed. She will always smile and greet me no matter how busy she is. I don’t think people get enough credit for doing an awesome job but she definitely goes above and beyond to be nice and greet everyone with a smile.
Sort of busy but service was still fairly quick. The food was very good also.
