Order a number one with everything plus cheese and was given a old burger with just a patty and cheese and soggy cold fries.Reach out for a refund or replacement and management hasn't respond to me yet. It's been over a month and still no solution.
Very slow. Food was cool. Probably staffing. I was fourth car in line, one pulled out because of wait. My wait was 10 to 15 minutes long.
If you’re looking for service, go somewhere else. Very rude and disrespectful females up front. Would not even turn around and acknowledge that we were even standing there waiting. Waited about 5 minutes as they played with their phones. I finally spoke up and they just laughed like it was a joke and funny to ignore customers. We left. I will be on the phone with their corporate office
I went to this BK for the 2 for $5 croissants and the worker gave my order (2 dbl sausage croissants) to the car in front of me, no worries, so I tried to tell her this and she insists she didn't and my order was correct... well It wasn't my order, it was 2 reg. bacon croissants, which had ONE small pc of bacon on it... I told her that and asked if they could please give me what I had ordered and I didn't mind to wait... she then snatches the bag from me and brings the manager over to talk to me like I was lying??? so the manager says "is there a problem ma'am?" and I explain I received the wrong order by mistake and just want my order and she looks in the bag and says "No this is right have a good day." and shut the window..... LOL
I get fast food messing up orders but we paid for 2 Italian chicken sandwiches and 1 with bacon. Ended up one with 2 pieces of cheese and no sauce, and the other was an original chicken sandwich with the bacon. Even the receipt said the Italian, but make sure to open up the wrappers and double check.
We had to wait for fries, so while waiting for those, our burgers and nuggets got cold. $40 and my dog ate most of it. I did take ONE bite of the #7 burger. Bacon stacker king I think. Suppose to be like a 1000 island sauce ? it's so awful. .
Twice, I've eaten here. Twice I got sick and my friend got sick. Both times order messed up with a long wait time. Before the pandemic, this was one of the best BKs in the area. It's staff, training and management that is letting it down. I rather it be closed than open with poor product. This BK is on my list to avoid for the near future. Consider my warning and comments.
This was the pie Collierville Burger King gave my 3yr old daughter. Seriously and it smelled like something died. Fries was weird tasting but the staff was friendly.
Why is the lobby closed? Why are google online orders being accepted but food not prepared in 40 minutes. Why is the shake machine “down” at 7pm. This entire region seems to accept lower performance. It’s sad.
The meat was burnt and dry. The fries tasted horrible and seem like it was reheated. The coke was flat. Most likely, I won't be back.
