Ordered a blackened chicken sándwich and got a blackened veggie burger. The veggie burger wasn't actually blackened. It was burnt!! Gave 2 stars because milk shake and fries were good. Other than that, would've given 1 star

Ok so I realize this isn't a typical experience and I love backyard burger but this is unacceptable. I placed an online order to this branch while I was sitting in their parking lot. Reason is because I was in a 16ft box truck that wouldn't fit through drive-thru. There was a line of cars in the drive-thru as well. So place my order, eventually go to the door. I discover that the store is actually empty and closed. People continued to line the drive-thru as long as I sat there trying to get a refund from corporate over the phone. Because although the store was closed it took my money. I was blown off by corporate who said the regional manager would be the one to handle it. Haven't heard from them again so I charged back my debt card. Shame on them that they didn't have a single sign nor anything blocking drive-thru. People wasted so much time sitting there thinking they were getting their lunch. Lots probably wasted their entire lunch break.
Obviously they do not care about any level of quality service. No reply to negative reviews of rudeness, filth, or wait times. Google info lists dine- in but it is not. Can't even take the time to correct that so customers continue to be trivialized by wasting their time to eat there.
The young lady who took my order was pleasant and professional. I haven't seen that in a long time at a fast food restaurant.
