Since COVID this place has been even worse than before. You can see the employees are uncaring, don't want to be there and are not being managed nor trained in customer service. They are routinely out of products and the brisket is like eating shoe leather. While I have continued to patronize the store, it's unbelievable how bad the service and food quality has become after 5pm....i haven't been there for lunch in 2 years. Arby's in other cities is good, even great... Collierville location should simply shut their doors and tear down the building. At our last trip we ordered a Ruben, a Brisket and a large Beef and Cheddar with fries and two Mac and Cheese.... the masked drive thru girl was touching everything without washing her hands and the mask was below her nose(rendering it 0%effective instead of 22%) and was asked if there were three correct sandwiches in the bag. To which she said (almost imperceptible) yes. We looked and there were three (we didn't open each one and check, so shame on me) then drove home 5 miles away to find no Ruben and a small Roast Beef in its place. I tried to call, three times as I drove back with no answer.... Pulled into the drive thru was told to pull up and given the Ruben.... (I think it was the one that they forgot because it ended up cold and not very good). I'm done with Collierville Arby's until it's restaffed with competent management. [I have several years of fast food service / management in my job history so I'm familiar with how it works.]. Additionally I tried to send in the survey and the qr code was not working so I went to Google review instead.
Today I had the best sandwich I’ve ever had at a drive through; wonderful bread, fresh vegees and great turkey and cheese and the order taker and young lady at the window were very pleasant. I’ll be back!! Great job Collierville Arby’s.
Nothing bad to say about the food but some employees in this place are quite rude. They have no idea what customer service means.
False advertisement of opening times at the Collierville TN location. Was told on Wednesday they open at 11, even though it’s posted EVERYWHERE that they open at 10am on the building and website. Their shake machine is always out of order as well, and when mentioning this at another location they laughed and said the machines are rarely down. Might need to look into staffing.
Food was great but customer service wasn't very good. They need to work on their their how they treat people. Not very nice when they were at the window.
Disappointed this time, highly unusual. Asked for curly fries, got crinkle fries instead, yuk! Dried up inside. Ordered RubenCold inside. It one of my favorite places to eat. I won't go back for a long time.
Love the food but disappointed that they don't honor the 10% senior discount other Arby's provide. Ended only purchasing a drink and went elsewhere that offered the senior discount for the meal.
You take orders until you close.... Don't accept them, then refund because you want to close early. Poor service. I work in the service industry, closing at 8:30, still serving people at 9:30. You weren't CLOSED when I placed my order... That's just lazy.
People walking back and forth here don't know what there doing slow as crag
I appreciate friendly, accurate, and prompt service. I always find it here. Arby's is always fresh! They got THE MEATS.
