Always went to Zaxby's to get the club sandwich and chips. A while back they stopped offering the chips with the meal. Today we stopped in to get the club sandwich on Texas toast and it had been taken off the menu also. We will not return there to eat. We can get a sandwich similar to the new signature club several other places.
Went here 3/29 around 7pm. Usually do drive-thru but tonight we decided to dine in. Wow. Will never go here again. As soon as walked in noticed trash all over floor and place was dirty. If it's like this up front how is it in back where customers cant see ? Employees did however have time to talk to people they knew. So guess that was nice of manager to let them do that instead of keeping a food establishment clean & inviting.
Dinner was a little disappointing. Our chicken was a little over cooked. This happens from time to time, but for the most oart it is usually pretty good
Only got fries out of a 45 dollar order with 2 meals and 2 drinks. Manager lied about DoorDash stealing our food before she even checked to see if it was still there. Then was very rude and bragged about how they were closed and it was getting thrown away and it wasn’t their fault the food wasn’t given to the dasher. Worst experience I’ve ever had with someone working in fast food.
Meant to 1 star the other one. This one(treasury) has never messed up an order. Wasn’t going to review this one but since I messed up and this one’s food is always great 5*
Pretty decent restaurant. I like the breading on the chicken, the bread was OK, and the fries weren't my favorite. The sauce is what makes it though. Didn't have enough. Ask for like 50 packs or buy yourself a whole box from them.Friendly staff and clean environment.
Good service and food. Very clean inside of the restaurant and bathroom.
About the most you could reasonably expect from a type B restaurant and a little ahead of the curve if you consider the worker shortage in the equation.
Food is Good as usual ! Always happy with Zaxbys . Download the App get a free a sandwich meal , can't go wrong !
The person that took my older was very nice but when I got my food after a hard day at work ...I kid you not it looked like someone drop my fries in the seasoning and then put more on it looked like thick dirt couldnt eat them even after I tried to shake some off ugggh ...never again!!!!
