There was horrible service. Every time we’ve been there we have been able to get our chicken fingers in wimpy sauce, however; this time, we were told that they weren’t able to do so. When they finally did so, they covered everything in it, soaked. The sauce was pooling around them, we almost had to eat them with a spoon. Another issue was the attitude of the workers, when my brother went to pick up the food they were giving him dirty looks. This was, all in all, a terrible experience.
This has easily become the worst Zaxbys around. Our meal today consisted of extremely mediocre chicken that was cold fries that were stale and tough like they had been reheated in the microwave only they were too cold for this to be what it was. The bread was hard as a rock almost all the way through. We have probably eaten here around 10 times the past couple of months and it gets worse and worse every time. Go to the one on Treasury if you want decent food. $24 dollars wasted today and will not be going back again.
The food was delicious. Unfortunately the kitchen staff were rude to their coworkers in front of customers. A couple of the guys were goofing off and not focusing on work. The front checkout worker Madison checked in on why after 20 minutes my salad wasn’t started, and went to the back to make it herself. She’s the only reason I’d come back to this location.
So, If your watching I just did one on this Restaurant chain about a week ago. This time I went to another location. It was 530 on a Monday and the joint was busy to say the least. The drive through was packed so inside I went. This place was clean, the staff was very busy but so nice when taking my order. It was just what I ordered, cooked perfectly. Great team work! 25th street is the place to go!!!!
As a whole, we LOVE Zaxby's. Stopped here for dinner passing thru town & have never been to this location before. Went inside to eat & to stretch our legs. Thankful we did! We ordered 2 kids meals, both with cookies instead of goldfish. Got only one and with goldfish. I ordered 3 cookies for myself, didn't get them. There was no Dr Pepper nor Coke left in the machine. Went to the front to get another kids meal & my cookies, as we had paid for it, and learned the REST of the issue. The drive thru folks started coming inside saying they had been waiting 20+ mins. Several getting refunds. We waited 30 mins or so for the other kids meal; everyone else in my group was abt finished eating. Still got goldfish instead of the cookie we asked for at that, but no way were we going back to fix it. The problem it turned out to be: an employee was "disgruntled." No one was making chicken. There were 3 standing around in the back seemingly doing nothing, tho. Someone behind the counter told us it was a management issue, not an employee issue, after folks started complaining. Definitely not the best Zaxby's experience. ?
There was cold toast and trash all over the place one of the coworkers told us there was still bugs and rats here
Feb. 27th and March 5th props to the management! Beware of Justin if you order inside. He is special, either a stoner or space cadet! WOW your order will be wrong. At least mine was both visits.
The worst Salad I've ever had I went through drive through. When I got home I don't live that far from Zaxby's the meat in the salad was cold and the Texas toast was not the original that I have gotten before I don't usually go to the one on 25th Street I go to the one on Treasury Drive. It wasn't Texas toast it was just a regular piece of bread and it was toasted it was hard and cold. I want be returning to that one on 25th Street or any other Publix has the best salad's I have ever eaten that Boreshead salad is the best hand's down
It doesn't matter how many times I ask them to please do not put sauce packs in the Box touching my food because it is unsanitary. They still do it! I have asked and complained so many times. Its not that hard, actually one less step for them to do. No sauce packs touching my food. Its gross!
