This was the rudest/worst treatment I’ve ever had from a restaurant and representative. The staff refused to speak with us and had a line of 8 cars waiting. After waiting 5-10 min we drove around to see the representative point at a sign saying closed. The representative ignored all communication and when approached was very disrespectful. I am so sorry for all the people that waited and wasted their time. Please never come to this establishment.
I'm only giving one star because I can't give a zero. We waited in line for 20 minutes only to get rude workers not even wanted to talk to us. All the did was hand write a sign saying the were closed at the drive thru window that they just rudely pointed at and not once put a sign on the drive thru ordering spot. We left and saw car after car line up in the drive thru to wait without a word. I tried calling the store but only got offers and add for airline miles and how to save money on internet bundles and insurance. WORST WENDY'S EVER.
This wendy's has went down in a hurry!!!! I've been by twice this week... I use the app with wendy's and it's awesome but this store decides to close early at nights now with no signs posted and now I just went by to get breakfast at 8:45am.... they're not open for breakfast anymore. Again.... no signs or anything. This is bad service especially when the wendy's signs say that they are open for breakfast or any other hours. Don't go here!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst Wendy's ever! Wait on food for 15 mins an it's cold , my burger was missing whole patty of meat an the bacon. This is the last time I will go there. Ive been 3 or 4 times an nothing but horrible experience every time good luck
Quick drive thru experience. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was empty so we were not sure they were open. Thankfully we drove off happy with handfuls of frostys.
The frostichino was horrible from this location, was flavorless and tasted like very watered down coffee, very watered down over ice. I think they need to learn to make it.
Sooooo.. I’m a doordash driver, and I waited in line for about 15 minutes. I finally get up to the speaker, and nothing. Silence for 5 or more minutes. I decide to just pull up to the window and was immediately greeted by a red headed man, who snobbishly said “ummmm you’re supposed to check in at the window.” Like… I tried? It was just very unprofessional and rude.
Drive through took absolutely forever and it was only 5 cars ahead of us at 7:30 at night. The lady who took your order was very rude and lazy she had such an attitude like she was mad for having to work. We ordered 20 chicken nuggets and ended up getting 40. We watched them make the food and some of the workers were sitting on their phones doing nothing. The fries were cold and floppy.
They do have great food but last time I went there which was 10/25/2021 at 4:35pm I waited in drive thru for 45 minutes an still they got my order wrong. Whoever the manager is, they need fired.
Short handed or staffed backed up in drive thru waiting time was twice or maybe 3 times as long but I wanted Wendy's and this crew pulled it off perfectly everything was great, hot and fresh everything in the bag including napkins, salt, and sauce for the nuggets!!!
