Ordered via the app, when I got to the drive thru I was talk I "have" to change my order because the Frosty machine is down so I asked if I could just have a refund I was told they can't do that, so I asked what can I have as a substitution.... I was told I could have a cookie instead... It wouldn't be bad but the cookie was old as hell. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this Wendy's, they seriously need to have a complete refresh of employees. I highly recommend going somewhere if you want a burger.
My Aunt Rose & I Stopped In Wendy's 2 Try They Breakfast Croisandwich. I Got The Bacon, Egg, Cheese & Tomato. I Ask 4 Crispy Well Done Bacon & That's Exactly What I Received. My Aunt Got The Sausage, Egg, Cheese & Tomato. We Both Agreed That They Were Very Good But She Did Say Her Sausage Was Really Spicy. The 2 Employees Working Were Very Friendly & Courteous Which We Find Hard 2 Come By In Fast Food Anymore.
I been at the drive thru speaker for 20 minutes and all I keep getting is “just give us a few more minutes.” There is no one else in front of me. So many cars behind me that keep leaving. The Wendy’s in Cleveland is garbage!!! It’s like this every time I come to Wendy’s! So unbelievable. And I never get on these things and leave reviews but I feel like they have pushed me to do this now ?
Thank you, Rhonda, for your excellent customer service. You went above and beyond to get my order corrected. Sorry you had to come in the middle of this issue. It would be great if you could teach the other manager who pushed us off on you some customer service.
Honestly, the best quality and customer service out of all 4 locations in town ! The team they have now is awesome and you can tell by the way they remember their regulars for lunchtime.
Just had the honey butter chicken biscuit.. Great stuff, it doesn't stack up to the one whataburger has.none the less it was a good change up for breakfast
I wanted a bacon cheeseburger and it had been a while since I had one from wendy's. I would have to be paid to eat there again it was terrible. The drink was the only thing that wasn't screwed up.
25th st has the best wendys! hot fresh food, and wonderful smiling faces to greet you.
The inside is pretty bland but the service & kindness of Ronnie was pretty far out. I hope that I got her name right. Everyone I encounter seemed to enjoy their job. Our food order was proper & yummy. Better than the two Wendy's in Chattanooga that are close to me.
The people here were super nice, especially the lady that took our orders. We came in at 9:50 (they close at 10:00) and she was still very helpful. I would go back here any time! Also, side note when we went the dining room was open.
