Went to this location for takeout with my Mother. We are not from the area and noticed right away that this was a great location. Staff were very friendly and professional. Place was packed so we knew the food was going to be good. Cooks did a great job with our order. Normally, the locations in our own city are hit or miss, but this one definitely is worth mentioning. If you are in the Cleveland area, you should stop by.
The worst dinner experience I have ever had. 20Minutes to wait for them to clean a table (6 dirty tables in all) waitress took another 20 minutes to take our order. Order arrives, cold over cooked. Asked for syrup took 10 minutes to get asked fur mayo 15 minutes to get. By the time we got what we needed to eat our meal it was ice cold. Waitress was just plain rude and lazy. Ran from this business.
Our breakfast was delicious. The only thing that needed improving was the grits. They were clumpy where they had been sitting for a while.The staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean.

Walking around the room giving people high fives and not washing hands and touching my food.Then telling me that I needed to give him a big tip because they don't pay them good thereHe acted like he was drunk..This place need to do better ..never again will I go back here.
Very good. Been eating here and drinking coffee for about 10 years every day. No complaints. They treat me as a special customer every day. Ok
In spite of people too lazy to work ?; the waffle house staff did a great job in quick service and good food. Hats off to everyone there nothing for the lazy sheep afraid of work.
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD‼️I feel like I was actually discriminated against. When I walked in there were 3 people in the floor. Then 2 people walked inside and 3 walked from the back. I was sitting there for 10 mins and no one acknowledged me and these girls walked in they instantly started helping them. I waited a few more minutes trying to stay calm and I had to get someone's attention loudly to even be acknowledged and the only person that would help me was the young black man. I asked was there a manager and they didn't have a manager on duty. Even after I asked about a manager I still had to demand service bc they went back to ignoring me. After I got loud again Olin says with an attitude an "will someone go help her." Only person that even thought about it was Cross. The only reason I waited on food is bc I'm pregnant and I that's what I wanted. 95% of the time I'd give 4 or 5 stars. Not tonight 12/24/21 waitress was very unenthusiastic and rude like we were bothering her by being there. Her behavior changed when talking to I assume was a regular. She was addressing him as Sparkles. Another man walked out after ordering and told them to cancel because of this same waitress. But this one instance won't keep me from returning. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day. But if it were to happen twice. I'd be completely thru with Waffle House. Bad attitudes are bad for business.
My husband and I ate here for Christmas Day supper. Everything else in town was closed...even though some places said they were open online (they weren't). It was very busy but we got a good meal and good service. We will be back to enjoy the All-Star special again.
