Just had a wonderful meal tonight for our 31st anniversary. We made reservations and were seated immediately upon arrival. Our meal was delicious and if you even think you like brussel sprouts you have to get them here. The. Best. Ever! Wonderful, friendly service.
Had a marvelous experience at BHB tonight- our party ordered the filet mignon (cooked to perfection) with mashed potatoes and cauliflower, ribeye with Brussel sprouts, and the chicken schnitzel. We ordered an array of alcoholic cocktails and a bottle of wine.. to say everything was amazing would be an understatement. The service was exceptional as well; Kayla took excellent care of us and made sure we had the best dining experience available. Definitely recommend BHB when you’re wanting a well-balanced meal crafted by an amazing kitchen staff and excellent service.
Terrible experience. Was served under cooked food. Was told they would fix it and re-plate my food. They just brought me back the same plate and it was exactly the same. Still undercooked. Don’t waste your time on this place.

The best restaurant in the Chattanooga DMA! A rich, cozy, lovely aesthetic. Great food, great drinks, great dessert (always fresh, correct temperature, prepared to liking and specifications). The service has always been excellent as well. They also support local businesses. I recommend this to friends and family outside of Cleveland all the time.
Best restaurant in the area...hands down. Beats anything Chattanooga has to offer. Thanks for a great dinning experience. The kitchen....bar and wait staff rocks it! We will be back.
What an awesome experience! After driving around Cleveland’s Christmas Parade for about an hour, we enjoyed a truly wonderful experience at True. The food was tremendous. We had the salmon and filet. But the food was equally matched by the wonderful staff. Kayla, Courtney, Tanner & Taylor gave us unparalleled attention as we enjoyed, not only the menu drinks, but some of their unique concoctions.Would definitely recommend a stop here as you travel I -75.

Our experience at True was fantastic. The service was great and the ambiance of the restaurant is really neat. We chose the filet and the true pasta, both were absolutely amazing! The shrimp in the true pasta was the best shrimp we’ve ever had! The ingredients are so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend and hope to go back one day!
Amazing! Everything on the menu was delicious and the staff is so friendly. Highly recommend the pimento cheese okra and grilled salmon with brussel sprouts. The peanut butter pie was out of this world. I was traveling for work and will definitely be back when I'm in town next.
