Watch out for the automatic tips added to the bill. Im not saying its not worth it but if they're automatically adding it you should know. Yes I can read but I'm not accustomed to it being there already. ( during my last visit a group of +/- 5 did dine and dash) i was sad to see the waiting staff's faces. Nevertheless I like to be notified if changes like this are made.
After 28 minutes I asked how much longer on my lunch fajitas. I was told the kitchen was still working on it. I asked to get it in a to go box since I had to return to work. Hot plate was brought out with a box and I was told I could put it in a box. I placed my food in a box and went to the front to pay. I was asked how my food was and informed the young lady I wasn't sure that I hadn't tried it because I had to wait over 28 min for the food and a box. She replied it's not fast food and we only have one cook. So I replied lesson learned....will not be back. Terrible service and professionalism.
This is without a doubt the BEST Mexican restaurant in Cleveland. The whole staff here is phenomenal. The food is always great and the service never disappoints. The managers Jose, Ivan, and Gabby are all excellent. The top servers (in my opinion) Esteban, Victoria, Allison, and Alex always give you the best experience. 10/10, highly recommend Tres!!

This is the BEST Mexican restaurant in town! Always great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. The manager, José, and his staff are always so helpful and nice. Would definitely recommend anyone to try it out!
Ate lunch here on 4/29/2022. Very good food.
The staff and food were excellent but it was so cold in the restaurant it felt like they were trying to get rid of our large party. There were several members of our party that were miserable because it was so cold. We will be back but next time we'll bring jackets.

Honestly, I would have given it - 5 stars. The three little boys that I dealt with at the front were rude hostile and hateful to me. Trying to tell me a 60-year-old man respect them. When they're not even respecting me. The food with laughable!!! Next time I want authentic Mexican food I will ask my wife who is a German who cooks excellent Mexican food who's is, way better than theirs!!!
We noticed immediately how stingy the salsa was for us all to share about a half cup in one small dish between us. I asked the owner as he was seating another table if we could please get more salsa, he seemed very arrogant as he sneered "Sure" sarcastically at me. After 10 minutes he nor the waiter came back. One of us got up and had to ask for some more, waiting again for about 5 more minutes. The "full" order of nachos wasn't even 2/3 of the plate. Two of us split an order of fajitas ordering another salad plate that comes with the fajitas for the other person. The fajitas were average no complaints. When we got the bill they charged us $8 for the extra salad plate with rice, beans and lettuce, Pico, etc. We just thought it was an error expecting them to apologize for charging that, calling it a fajita salad. The very unprofessional looking and acting manager said it was no mistake. The fajitas for one was only 6$ more for everything including meat & the salad plate. Had we known we would've actually just ordered another order of fajitas instead of splitting it. It was an opportunity for them to up sell. If they were smart business people, they would have trained the staff to do that, rather than the poor decision to do anything but this. The manager couldn't have cared less. We actually liked the food despite her ugly demeanor and might've come back except she kept saying she didn't care if we ever came back and didn't care if we left a bad review. We're new in town and eat Mexican about twice a week, their loss.
