At 1am we arrived at the drive thru. They shorted me fries and cheese sauce. The taco shells were not hot or steamed. They tasted cold to touch. The bean cheese and rice burrito was short on rice and had no sauce. And the beefy melt burrito had low amounts of beef. The shells were also not steamed and cold. By far this is the worst taco Bell I have ever been to. And I worked for tocala as a manager back in the day. Shame on this manager. Cold shells and shorting the order amounts. We will never come here again.
I'm becoming disenchanted with the Taco Bell restaurants. It seems they can not hire people who can remember what go's in their products or that the ingredients are supposed to be placed evenly. I'm getting tired of taking a bite of the food and not getting all of the taste. Face it. Taking a bite of a Supreme Burrito and getting nothing but refried beans is not what I wanted. Or expected.
Very good food. Fast friendly service. One thing, the mtn. Dew mixture needs checked I think...
Always always check your bag and make sure all your food is there with any restaurant on this side of Cleveland. Went here the other day and have my order was missing from the bag but I didn't realize it until I got home and of course they didn't give me the receipt so I was screwed. The food they did put in the bag was good though if that counts. I've had this happen in multiple restaurants on this side of town.
This Taco Bell is the greatest except the store on apd 40. I think this one might be #2 sorry. It's always clean and friendly and the bathrooms are always clean
I love Taco Bell but I hate when they change their menu because they took a few things off the menu like the XXL burrito the Mexican pizza and the grande meal I would rate them zero Stars if I could and like people have said before it is busy especially at night and cars are wrapped around the building I've been there and I've been sitting in that line before and they should open in the inside
Always a good experience, hot fresh and fast. This is the cleaner/faster store of Cleveland, if I want T-Bell I will drive across town to go here to get it.
Well the lady that I spoke to at the drive-through was super friendly, the food I got was terrible. I ordered a quesadilla and the cheese was not melted and it was cold.
This location likes to pull a fast one on you, the burritos have continually raised in price and shrinking in size and quality. Less food every visit and for some reason an extremely slow drive threw, maybe the slowest iv seen. THIS STORES PASSION TO SERVE PROPERLY PORTIONED FOOD IN A DECENT TIME IS DEAD. Go to the new one on exit 27 if you want to actually be satisfied with your visit.
