I ordered a breakfast burrito meal with no bacon in the drive thru. I know the order went thru correctly, the gal who took my order repeated it back to me. I was down the road a while before I opened the meal to eat it. It had bacon on it! It's against my religion to eat pork, hense why I ordered no bacon. I was to far to turn around, so I called them. No one answered after 15 rings. A bit later my phone rang, it was Taco Bell, the person on the phone said something inaudible, so I said excuse me, they then hung up on me. Poor customer service ! and whoever made my order obviously doesn't care if they do it correctly. Not returning to that taco bell for sure.
TERRIBLE DRIVE THRU SERVICE. The manager told me to never come back and if I did I wouldn’t be served. She was upset that I giggled because I tripped over my words as I was ordering. When I pulled up to the window she was banging on the counter and yelling to her employees about the incident. Also, two items were left out of the order. Very unprofessional and disgusting.
Stop messing up my Doordash orders, everytime I order door dash from this location half my items are never in the bag.
Nemo went above and beyond!! I was so happy he labeled our burritos with marker. I usually have to open them up and try to identify my family's food (as many as seven of us). My daughters and I had a great experience, today. Give Nemo a raise!!
Nacho taco was good, but the Nacho chips was not good. It tastes like something was sprayed on it or they using old grease.
Horrible food and service ever!!!!!! Was charged extra, when asked for refund the manager thru the money and was super mean and unprofessional!!!!When got home, was super upset, they gave me the wrong order!!!!!! I will never ever give them another chance! Look at the picture, this is not TACO!!!!!!!!!
Food is pretty good if they take there time fixing your food. But if you are in a hurry you better go some where else car lines around building. I waited 35 mins.

Sorry service and worse food. Was threatened by the drive thru person of being banned from the restaurant because I pulled around to the pickup window when I wasn't asked too. The tacos had no meat and was cold. Avoid at all costs folks.
Food was right, it was hot and fresh. Just had a long wait time
